The birds love it!

As long as you don’t mind having a 1.65 kg bucket of mealworms, this is a favourite among my birds. Out of everything I’ve tried, this is a clear winner, and it’s completely pure feed with rich nutritional content! About 50% is protein (including amino acids like lysine and leucine), a third is fat, plus fibre, vitamin B, zinc, iron, and magnesium. (But whatever you do, don’t kick the bucket over the floor – learn from my mistakes)
