I had two of these containers and one holder broke quite quickly. This week, my African Grey was sitting on the other one and that broke too, causing her to fall down. She had trouble with her wings for four days because she landed badly and was really startled (and I was even more shocked). Those plastic holders that are attached to the bars with a screw are the ones that break easily. I can’t do anything with these containers anymore, so I’ve thrown them away. Unfortunately, customer service doesn’t respond.
