If you're expecting a high-end birdhouse here, you should take another look at the price. The birdhouse is decent enough. The multi-part base, which you have to screw together yourself, is actually quite thin. The product description is completely nonsense in one respect, which you can already see in the photos: IT DOESN'T HAVE AN ASPHALT ROOF! The assembly instructions are easy to understand, but sometimes you have to look very closely. I reckon it'll last 2 years, which would be fair for the price.
