EXCELLENT

Great product – Payment management needs improvement
Top-quality products, but the subscription management needs to be improved. After a payment issue with my scheduled order, I didn’t receive any email or notification. I was waiting for my parcel for nothing.
Even worse: it’s impossible to update the card details on the website. Customer service forced me to cancel everything and start over manually. Result: a week’s delay, wasted time, and unnecessary stress. A subscription is supposed to make life easier, not cancel itself without warning!
