Good food for fussy kitties
I have 3 cats who are all fussy eaters,I bought this food for them and they absolutely love it so much they all lick their bowls clean

A great option
I have only tried the beef and cod flavour for my cat who’s allergic to poultry. No issues whatsoever, he licks the bowl clean every time!!

not as before
I always bought a lot of Carny, various tastes, and my cat was very happy with, no problems at all. Now the tins come not tightened and I had to claim for. It happened 3 times. My cat had vomit after the first tin but only because I didn't see immediately that the tin had lost the vacuum sealing. I hope that Zooplus will do something with the producer.

Fantastic product - happy cat
We are now spending less on cat food at a much higher quality with actual meat inside not just 4% as with whiskas and the likes. Our cat is happy and enjoys feeding time. He likes all tastes except the pure beef, not touching it.

Cats love the taste but it gave 1 of them diarrhoea
We have 2 cats, both of which love the taste of the Beef, Chicken & Duck Hearts- however it gave one of our cats diarrhoea for weeks, I assume because of the high offal content. Be careful

My cat loves it
After looking around for a decent cat food that's not full of added sugar because my cat was over weight I came across this. He loves it, he was a fussy cat wouldn't eat beef flavoured, wouldn't eat out of a tin had to be out of a packet. Was always leaving food and it went off. Now he clears his dish, has lost weight and has bags of energy and a lovely coat. Will never go back to supermarket food.

GERMAN LABELS
That the tins are in German does pose a challenge so I made a chart with both the German and English names on it. Still not easy so I numbered them and quickly write the number on each tin in waterproof ink when I unpack them. I can then refer to the chart to see which one I’m giving them. Have put the chart in another review titled “Translation Chart” since thought it might be useful.

EXCELLENT CAT FOOD
This is an excellent cat food and my 3 cats really like it. No they don’t like all the varieties but they like most. Started by buying 8 varieties in 6 x 200 gm packs to try out. Of the eight 6 were real winners. They didn’t flat out reject any of them. None of my cats have had any problems digesting the food. I do realize some cats will and this can always happen with a new food. I doubt there is any cat food out there that will agree with every cat.

My 3 senior cats love it
It took me a while to find the right food for my fussy cats. 2 years ago 1 of my cats developed diabetes and i needed to find a high protein low carb food. Well i have found it . My diabetic cat is down from 4 units twice a day to 2 units twice a day. He could go into remission all because of the right food.

So good you want to eat it yourself! Corned beef smell.
I am actually vegan but everytime I open this I get that inner caveman come out that's how good this smells! Cats LOVE it....it's easy to cut up and great value I'd say.

Great quality meat
I really wanted to feed my cats something's more meaty compared to stuff like felix or whiskas that basically has nothing to it. This is very meaty, smells really good, my cats love it and it's so much better for them. It's also the cheapest real meat based cat food that has the important stuff like taurine! My cats were unsure at first but love can't get enough of it.

Meat varieties without chicken. At last.
My two cats (sisters) are allergic to poultry, and it is lovely to find meat cat food which is not predominantly chicken, so they can have a change from fish. (Please note, only some varieties are poutry free.) They love this.

Great food ragamuffins love it
This went down well with my 2 ragamuffins, every last bit is gone from there bowl. Good quality cat food with a good meat content, I will be buying the 800g tins next time around. Great work carny!

No more digestion issues!
Changed both my cats to this after some research on why at least three times a week my older cat (12) was vomiting the usual Felix pouches back up. The grain free and higher meat content has turned meal times around. No more vomiting and much happier and healthier cats. Higher meat content smells so much better too when you open a tin! , 👍🏻

Good quality food, but not my cats favourite
I bought this small pack to try on my 2 cats who have long eaten whiskas/gourmet/felix/sheba, along with other European brands (Smilla and Bozita). I bought the meat saucer as it has the least amount of beef in it - I read some comments that beef can be quite rich for cats and give them diarrhoea. My cats happily ate this food and don't seem to mind eating it. I would agree that this food is drier than other similar brands and quite condensed, so my cats eat less food now. Will buy again.

it's good but not the best
I bought two flavours, pure beef and chicken+beef. They are both good but seems drier than other makes. given both has pieces of fat at the bottom, I recommend beef+ chicken because there are many tiny little bits of fat throughout the whole tin of pure beef which my baby doesnt like and those tiny pieces are too small n too many to be picked out

Very pleased
My persian stud boy loves his food but also seems to drink a lot of water. After feeding this meat to him there was a big change in him in as little as 4 days he ate less dry food and therefore drank less water his bib is dry and his eyes do not water as much as they did. He already ate grain free dry food but different kinds of wet food. Because of the change in him I will now only feed him this which he seems to love anyway and is hardly eating any dry food I would recommend this product

Excellent stuff
I tried some of these cans as an alternative food for my raw fed ferrets. They are used to high meat content food and these tins are great to give my ferrets when raw may not be appropriate or so easy like when at vets or travelling etc. The quality of food is great and they took to it with very little fuss. I've just order a multibuy of adult food as I know I will continue to serve this as a regular part of their varied diet.

Mine do enjoy this and I wanted to switch to a higher meat content! I have about a week to go on the multi pack and for my two boys one tin lasts two days as I only feed it once at night then they have grain free biscuits in the morning which seems to work... Wondering which flavor is most popular and what to go for next. Shame there isn't a duck flavored one as I know my boys love duck !

I was very worried about switching my kittens food, I definitely wanted her to be eating a higher meat content which this food has, after a lot of research this brand has come out on top with affordability and quality. I needn't have worried she absolutely loves it, her appetite is better than ever and it's smells not to bad too. 5*

Fussy cats favourite!
We spend so much money on cat foods that just get wasted because our cats are so fussy! But they love this! None gets wasted and it's such good value for the quality of the food (good meat content, no fillers etc). I am definitely re ordering!

Cats love it.... My nose doesnt!!!
My two indoor cats love this food,but since they have been in this food my goodness they have the smelliest poops I have ever smelt! They are very normal poops so it's not causing any digestive issues apart from the smell They have always been on a grain free diet and I have never had this problem before. I wonder if this for is too rich for them. It's a shame as the cats always finish the food and if it wasn't for the stink it would be a 5 star review! I guess its back to the old food which wasn't so appetising for the cats.

High Quality Meat
This cat foods brilliant, both my cats go mad for it and it's 50-60% meat. I've just recently tried every flavor with them and everyone of them is a hit. However only the "pure beef" option I found to be too fatty, it had big clumps of fat in it which my cats didn't mind but as they are on strict diets to lose some weight I had to pick out the fat which left very little meat. But that was the only can/flavor that had that problem. Also if you have more than one cat I suggest the 400g cans as it's better value and my cats still eat it after it's been opened. (Other canned food once opened and given to next day, has been refused)

loves it warmed a little
My cat is quite fussy. I tried this "straight" from the tin and she ate it a little. However when I tried again later in the day, I took the tin out of the fridge and served up some more..she flatly refused it. Assuming it was because it was cold, I pinged it for 20 secs in the microwave ( I use ceramic cat bowls ) and she wolfed it down! Eveytime I feed this food I zap it first and she gobbles it up. Just a tip f you have a cat that does not seem that interested in it. Nearly the whole mixed pack is gone and I will order more. Her coat is so shiny and glossy. One happy owner :)

For cats of all ages
Animonda Carny is not only very good food for cats of all ages (my cat is 20 years old and can eat it without any sort of health problems other brands cause her, such as vomit etc). After a long research I discovered that it is a cruelty free brand, that it doesn't test on other animals like some major brands do, a thing that, as an animal lover, I can not tolerate. The price is affordable and it offers a variety of flavours to choose from. So after all of these pluses, this is by far the cat food brand I purchase the most.

My diabetic cat loves it.
I have three cats and they are all on different foods which is a real pain,my diabetic cat is on a high meat content food , my 16yr old cat is on Sheba cause she's fussy and that's all she likes from the super market, my other cat is happy with most stuff, I tried bozita but it seams to upset there stomachs and as its expensive I'm reluctant to try different flavours. This animonda seems to suit all of them and the price is really good, I'm ordering more!

I really like the idea of Animonda Carny as I am firmly in the "cats are obligate carnivores and should therefore eat high meat content food" team. I had seen many recommendations for Animonda Carny from like-minded people and so ordered a mixed trial pack. My kitten wolfed it down the first time, so it must have smelt delicious, so it gets a thumbs up as with many others' cats in these reviews. I later fed some raw minced chicken & beef as a snack and he had vomiting and runny tummy incidents on two separate occasions, so I have isolated that down to when I started feeding beef. So sadly I will have to cut out Animonda Carny altogether as, despite the names of the flavours listed, the bulk of the meat used seems to be beef. In fact there are no flavours that does not use beef! This is my only complaint to be honest, and think it is still a very good option if your cat is not allergic to beef. It's a shame really as I have only fed one tin before finding this out, so still have 11 tins leftover! Guess they will be going to a rescue.

AMAZING TRANSFORMATION OF OUR CAT
We have a hyperthyroid cat who I feed a diet of Bozita, fresh chicken/sardine & tuna- to keep her weight up and reduce tablet indicate to once per week. But she's been a little tired of the Bozita of late- Tried this brand as the meat content looked nice and high - well I have to say what a transformation! - she has put on weight and her fur is beautiful- even my other fussy cats lap this food up - will be buying more!

Fussy cat loves this
My fussy British Short Hair loves this stuff! Originally he used to ear Catz Finefood - then oddly went off of it, then we switched him to Feringa which he loved but got bored of. Now this, whenever I open a tin he goes crazy for it and devours the lot!

Awesome food
My 2 fussy little burmese adore this food, I've tried everything and they'll eat most for a day or so and then go off them. However, this has become a staple. When I open a can I always think it smells lovely. Plus the ingredients are very good, high meat content no wheat. 5 stars from me and mine.

Amazed at the reception this food gets!
My Bengal girl has been picking her fluff out due to rolling back caused by a grain sensitivity. She only really eats shredded chicken like Applaws, or Sheba or Gourmet mini fillets but I've never really been that happy with the meat content of the foods and of course Applaws is complementary and she refuses to eat dried food. Initially she turned up her nose at the first can of this and Catz finefood, but after persevering, she now loves the Animonda Carny and howls if I put down her previous favourites. She even turns her nose up at shredded chicken! She also picks at her fur far less and is brighter and more lively.

my kitten was on dry food when i got her decided to wean her off dry and offered felix....she hated the stuff...then ordered this mixed pack and she loves it which I am so pleased about. great price and good quality food with a brilliant service.

this was my first purchase of carny and my 10 year cat loves it!! i have a 5 month old kitten who loved it to they ate it all so have put in another order for the kitten carny as well this time will be buying more of this in the future!!!!

My cats adore this
After starting my cats on Felix and whiskas thought I was doing well and that them cos was good for them but apart from vitamins there is hardly meat content I can't even get this out of tin For them munching cats let you know what they like and better still no waste more satisfied healthier cats will be buying these again Thanks zoo plus
