It’s empty in here!
Loves it but I'd like to know calories!
My cat loves this and its very cheap. But the feeding guide is far to high for a indoor cat. I wish it would say a calorie per 100 g so i could just calculate this myself.
He likes an ELK dish
My 3-year-old Savannah cat likes it, though usually he is a bit fussy. There is not much elk in the elk dish though.
So far so fantastic
Two fussy and elderly cats - one diabetic so needs high protein diet with no sugar or fillers- one has no teeth the other very few. Soon as I opened the reindeer meat Bozita the cats were fighting over it and polished off the lot! They might still go off it but so far every flavour is a hit. Mash chunks with fork so even my toothless moggies eat the lot.
My cat loves it
I recently switched to exclusively wet diet for my senior Tom cat after a bladder stone emergency. He won't touch any of the special 'urinary care' foods, so I figured getting as much fluid through him as possible will help. I did a bit of research online and Bozita came highly recommended. The cat loves it, and happily eats all flavours tried so far. He is in good shape and has had no further bladder problems so far (early days, he is only a couple of months post op).
Even my dry food addict seems to like it
So glad to find a cat food with a high meat content, large range of flavours and at a reasonable price. My ginger tom wolfs it down. I was surprised by my fussy tortie showing interest in it though. She only likes dry food and the odd bit of fish. So I've put a little down for her at every mealtime for the last couple of days and she's eaten it all! To keep the food fresh the top of the carton folds over. I fold twice, put a peg on it and stick it in the fridge - I've had no issues with odours.
Wholesome complete food
My two love this and they look so healthy when this part of their diet. The litter tray is less smelly too when we have this in the house.
A different kind of cat food
My two cats are very fussy eaters. They really like the Bozita in Jelly, particularly for the jelly! They actually leave the meat chunks. But its great to see them enjoying wet food. The container is handy - recyclable and you can fold the top down to store it in the fridge.
High meat content. Smells like meat.
After reading the ingredients and meat content on the supermarket and well known brands I was a bit disturbed by what my cats were eating. So after a lot of research I found Bozita. I switched my cats to it at about six months old and haven’t looked back, there was a very quick improvement in their coat sheen and more levelled out energy. Now have two very healthy two year olds. We buy in bulk, which saves money. The choice of flavours are hilarious but they like all of them.
Cat was a bit iffy at first
My cat has had a terrible diet of high calorie Go Cat for years. I guess I didn't realise how bad the stuff was for her and a friend recommended this brand. It was hard to get her to eat it at first because she liked Go Cat so much. It's been 2 months now and she does eat it straight away. I fed her it in combination with dry food from the same brand and am happy with it. Also a pouch is huge and last two days making it very economical when I buy in bulk.
A bit hesitant at trying a new wet food to supplement the JWB dry (always used JWB wet food pouches) and when ordering I looked at all the reviews on various wet foods. I ordered 12 x 370g tetra packs in 2 varieties and put 1/2 a pack in their bowl. Wow, it was gobbled up with relish. So pleased. I will definitely be ordering more when the time comes to re-stock.
Rabbit n duck flavour bozita chunks
Luther n Zeus love bozita tetra packs the wolf the duck n the rabbit flavours down like there's no tomorrow so I'm thinking these two must be their favs, I'm so happy I have found such a fantastic food for my precious Furbabies their coats gleam n bright eyes they are in fantastic condition thanks to this food
One of my cats was diagnosed with Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy with a life expectancy is one year. After getting him off of additive-loaded UK supermarket food, and onto Bozita (and occasional Lily's Kitchen), he bounced back to health. He's still here six years later. All three of my cats are temperamental sods with the flavours but that's cats for you.
Excellent Meaty Meal in Turkey
My 3 Abyssinians have an assortment of allergies but they all love Bozita Turkey in Jelly. I started them on it about 6 years ago because it is a natural product with no preservatives etc.
Bozita tetra packs in jelly
This cat food is amazing my two beautiful bsh kittens Luther n Zeus finish this food within mins they love all flavours they are well hydrated have gawjus shiny coats bright eyes and are gaining weight steadily love this food not so keen on the bozita cans tho
Best Wet Cat Food
In terms of higher meat content I haven't been able to find any other commercial wet cat food to rival Bozita and Tibo wolfs it down. It's also quite low in calories as it doesn't have many filler ingredients. I've tried all sorts of flavours as I don't want him turning into a fussy eater. He hasn't disliked any of them so far.
Three out of four of my kitties licked their dishes clean! I didn't expect kitty 4 to try it as he's incredibly fussy and although he refuses to eat anything except his usual brand, he has been caught mooching around the other dishes looking for left-overs.
Great value, good quality
Inherited 2 cats raised on Whiskas biscuits & occasional Felix. It took several months to wean them onto good quality wet food. I tried various brands, & settled on Bozita as good, affordable, & they love it, esp chicken, duck, mackerel & rabbit. Not keen on haddock or turkey. On the few occasions they’ve been given Felix/Sheba since, they’ve gone mental! Took a few days to lure them back. I suspect the others contain sugar/additives. Do persevere with Bozita: try different flavours!
93% meat, best food you can get
THE best wet food for your cat, no doubts about it. The ones I have tried are: Lamb, Elk, Rabbit, Minced Beef, & Chicken Liver. Out of these, the Rabbit is probably their favourite. Lamb is the least liked, but they eat every bit of the food eventually. Getting the food out is incredibly easy and you don't waste any of it due to the container - also very easy to save food for later! Quality is better than you could hope for and it contains nothing more or less than what your cat truly needs.
at last found a cat food that all 7 cats love
Our cats love it!
We were recommended Bozita by a friend and our cats loved it. We found it a bit of a chore to order online though so switched our cat's to Wainwrights wet food, which could be purchased from our local pet shop. This didn't agree with one of our cats though so we switched back. They love all flavours except one cat is not too keen on the chicken.
my cats love them, food slides out easily from the pack
Makes a great change from the tinned stuff, not too chunky and seems very fresh. I don't give them elk lamb or beef as they are not ethical, but they love the others, mackeral going down particularly well. I do find the packs hard to tear open, so I keep a pair of scissors especially for this (and cutting up blister packs as they are harmful to wildlife) and this is much easier, just slicing the tops off quickly, the cats are into the food practically before it is tipped onto their dishes.
Very good - we hope...
We've trialled a number of high meat wet cat foods and seem to have settled on Bozita tetrapack chunks in jelly - it's very popular with our cats. The tetrapack is a major advantage given it's ease of disposal (they wash out easily, and then flatten) compared to cans. Our objective is to avoid the typical low meat supermarket offerings containing corn, soy and similar bulking agents - we suspect strongly that they dispose cats towards immune related health problems.
Takes a while, but worth it
Very high quality cat food. Initially, my cat just ate the jelly and refused the meat. Now she eats the jelly first and comes back for the meat later. Mix it with a little of your cat's usual food and introduce slowly. Worth the effort
I'm slowly working my way through all the different flavours. The chicken, rabbit, and elk were big hits. The beef, and salmon and mussels they don't like at all. One of my cats cannot have grain at all, it makes her vomit copiously, but she's never had a problem with this. The other would eat anything. The current foster cat looks much better on this, than the Whiskas junk she was eating before she came here. Her fur was dry and dull, and now it's much better, even with the health problems she has.
I bought the sauce trial pack for my cats in the hope of swapping them from a low quality brand to this one. Neither of my cats are particularly impressed - even the one who wolfs down anything and everything. My older cat likes the sauce but won't touch the meat but the younger cat will pick at it through the day. The boxes are less wasteful than pouches which is a big plus. Worth a try but my two aren't too keen
Great quality. If your cat is always hungry, try it!
Cats need a high protein diet (they're carnivores) but supermarket brands contain only 4% meat! What's the rest of it?! Bozita is over 80% meat. 'Supermarket brands' also contain appetite stimulants (like McDonalds) and sugar to keep your cat addicted. (If you find your cat isn't keen at first, please try mixing their usual food (Whiskers, Felix, Sheba etc) together with Bozita and gradually reduce the amount of the old food to wean them off it.) Together with Appaws, a high protein dry food (which makes my cats coat so shiny!) my cat is so well nurished. He's a happy, healthy boy :)
The foster cats wouldn't touch it. But my own two Wolf it right down. One has a very sensitive stomach, but thankfully Bozita doesn't lead to piles of sick on the carpet.
Wanted to give my cat a better quality cat food - previously eaten Sheba, but unfortunately he really doesn't like it. Eventually he will eat some of it but I have got the same response from four different flavours.
Good if you find the right flavour
We have 3 outdoor adult female cats and a 9mth indoor cat. I chose Bozita as this is supposedly good for young and old cats. I have had to give away several of my purchases as some of them none of the cats will touch. I do not give any one cat brand to our cats as I believe variety keeps them interested, but so does having the flavours that they like. Although you can buy a variety pack this does not cover all of them, so it does mean a bit of hit and miss purchases.
She seems to like it!
She has been eating cosma chicken for a while - thought I would give this a try and bought a small trial selection. She wolfed the first couple of helpings down, then had a bit of a strop the next morning - but ate it eventually. I was concerned at first that she had slightly looser stools (but not enough to worry about) AND very smelly poo - but that seems to have lessened now she's got used to it. She's on box 2 - will see how it goes
Our Bengals Love Bozita
We have two male Bengals and they both totallly love Bozita. They like jelly and sauce and prefer meat and poultry flavours rather than fish and their favourite is beef. Love the tetra packs as my 7 year old daughter can open them, the tops fold over for putting in the fridge and they are quick to rinse out for recycling. I checked out the ingredients and they are excellent quality. This is now the only wet food we buy. Winner!
After reading the ingredients in U.K. Cat food I found a lot contained animal derivatives or barely any actual meat content. Most also include sugar whiched shocked me. I wanted to find a wet cat food that was as close to a cats natural diet as possible but also one that was affordable. The trial packs are brilliant as our fussy little furball was on a nothing but fish strike. No problem transitioning him onto it, no litter tray issues and he likes every flavour but one. Also, not sure if it was the food or his age but his temprement also changed. He's so much more chilled out and relaxed and seems to be since he's been eating good quality food without any sugar in it.
Tried Bozita wet food in sauce and jelly after seeing the good reviews. My cats had previously been eating whiskas which I found out had lots of horrible additives and high amounts of sugar. It took AGES to ween them on to Bozita (maybe 2 months) and I threw a lot of it away. Its worth persevering though as now they clean their bowls and they are so much healthier now. Bozita is definitely a better quality cat food than a lot of supermarket brands and it is vey reasonably priced.
Thumbs up from the ragamuffins
The cats love this food a firm favorite right from the start, I go for the meat in jelly versions, the food smells good but you will need to give it a good stir in a bowl if you are sharing between several cats as the jelly separates from the meat. A great high meat content cat food. Good work Bozita.
Slow starter, now a favourite
Enjoyed the option of chunks in a high quality, grain-free food for my cats who have eaten whiska-type food for many years. One cat loves eating this food while the other was not keen initially, turned his nose up at it. Eventually he also started eating it happily and I will definitely buy this product again in a larger pack. Enjoyed being able to have a variety and having less beef than brands like Animonda. Tetrapaks are also handy for storage & recycling - so much easier than tins.
Both my British shorthair cats love this food. Their favourite is the rabbit. Very reasonably priced and with a good meat percentage. Not like the rubbish in the supermarket.
Cats love it!
Both of my British Shorthair cats love this. We have tried different flavors and they love all the beef, lamb, elk and mackerel.
CAT LOVES THIS
My Agnes loves this food and eats every bit.
good for my cats teeth
My cat loves bozita, its very soft for his teeth, which he has problems with. There is also a lot of jelly or gravy that he loves. It has taken a long time to find his favourite food and will always use this now.
My cats not keen
My cats usually eat 'Gourmet' or 'Sheba' wet food. I thought I'd give them something different for a change and bought a meat trial pack. They tried each flavour - one mouthful - but refused to eat any more. I'm glad it was only a trial pack that I bought.
Good and bad
My 3 only like the chicken one, normally very unfussy. I probably would buy again because the nutrition level is very good although I don't really like the tetra pack as it can't be resealed to put in the fridge and not easy to wash out for recycling
Best buy so far
Male BSH kitten - Dante - needed a cat food that he could eat as could our 3 female adult cats (as the naughty boy will often push in when they're eating). He loves this food as do our female cats. At approx. 3-4 pouches worth per carton this will save on money in the long term. Also this means they are getting superior meat content without any harmful additives etc. I will be buying Bozita from now on.
My two cats love this cat food a carton of Bozita and dried food between them is enough a day. I like the mixed trial packs as it is a good variety of flavours and if there is one they are not as keen on i'm not stuck with it.
Great Food and easy to use packaging
Easily the best food I have tried for my cat Mylo He likes almost every flavour of this but especially prefers the fish varieties! I give him small amounts of Bozita accompanied by Orijen dry which is avalable all day. Only downside is no english on the packaging, every other country but UK! so not 100% on whats in there
Our 2 have been mostly on this since they graduated from kittenhood. They weren't overly keen to begin with but they wolf it now. They're both super healthy and have great coats. Our vet is very impressed with the high protein content said he suspects it had a significant impact in speeding up the recovery from a tail injury in one of our guys - the tail was initially in danger of getting the chop. Also, the "resealability" of the tetrapaks make them extra convenient.
My ragdoll kitten wasn't so keen on them at first, but after my second attempt he started to love them to bits! So glad I found a cheap and great quality complete wet food for him :)
Not good for sensitive tummies
My two love the food, but sadly it upsets ther stomachs quite badly, probably because of the added cassia gum, a known irritant.
I have a cattery and all the cats and kittens are fed raw! However sometimes they get bored with it. Most like Bozita but tend to lick gravy and leave chunks. Best to mash it down to prevent this. It's very rich so I mix a little in with the raw. Rabbit and chicken are not so rich. Works well for us as it's got a high quality meat content unlike other cheap rubbish out there.
Great food, great value
My five cats look forward to this food. They never sniff it, try to bury it and walk away.
Great cat food but...
My cats don't seem to like the chunks of meat and will only eat the jelly which there is a lot of as well. I like the fact that this is a complete wet food and contain no soy or grains, free from artificial aromas and preservatives too. My 2 cats only need a small amount of this every morning (as they have dry food in the evening) so one carton lasts about 3-4 days which works out good value for money!
Savannah's not keen
I couldn't get my two to eat this. They only did out of hunger. You can't predict what they are going to like.
Not for my cats
What can I say that is good about this product..Waste ofmoney as far as our four cats are concered. Not one of them will touch it. TRIED AND TRIED but no way.. Sorry I hate tp be so negative but you are as well buying supermarket brand for half the price
I feed Juju a mix of Bozita and Grau in terms of wet food and she just loves the stuff! Great value for money and it seems to made her coat lovely.
I was feeding my cat supermarket food - until I decided to research the ingredients, which left me horrified. My box of Bozita came this morning, she was sniffing around the box before I even got it into the kitchen! Took a carton out, it was a struggle to open it because she was rubbing around the carton so much, purring her head off. Filled up her bowl and I'm not kidding, within 10 minutes she ate the whole thing. Its like she was thinking "Finally! Some real meat!" So worth it. Will definitely buy again.
My fussy feline likes this
My 17 year old cat is really fussy with her food but I've found she really likes this I've only tried the elk to see if she would I didn't want to buy loads for her to turn her nose up at it. My only criticism is the packet is too big I only have one cat and don't like storing cat food in my fridge. I will be ordering more she enjoys a variety. Spoilt cat.
It's all gone!
My fussy cats will turn down most anything, often at random, but they eat Bozita like it's a treat. Elk in jelly and rabbit in gravy are their favourites. I like Bozita because the ingredients are clearly specified, so I know what is actually in the food.
loved by all, excellent for a sick cat
Cats aged between 2 and 18 love this - chicken and beef are a big favourite. Older cats with kidney and gastro probs far better now - less symptoms - no sickness and weight gain. Seems to help keep them well hydrated. Also great packaging - no loss as with sachets. A really good quality food. After years of supermarket and big brands and vets recommending their expensive ones (not always best either after research) this is now our top choice. I do not always
I have two British Short Hairs with a food intolerance problem. They are hungry brutes and will eat almost anything other than Whiskas or dry food. Elk seems to be digestible, no ill effects. I also bought duck and reindeer which I still need to try.
My kitten Nero would only eat Hills Science Plan biscuits. Turns his nose up at Tuna and Steak. He would occasionally nibble wet food or lick up the gravy. He's been promoted to adult now, and I bought Bozita after reading up on healthy adult cat foods. I was concerned when I served it as the chunks were quite big, but He went straight for it, cleared a quarter of a portion then went back for more after half hour. I'm impressed!
Took some getting used to
After reading all these horror stories online about peoples cats getting ill from dry food and the fact that other popular brands of wet food only contain 4% meat (what's the other 96%!!!) I decided to switch my cat onto bozita. It's 93% meat and relatively cheap. My cat took to the jelly over the gravy version quicker but now he loves both. And I have peace of mind knowing he is eating good stuff.
New cats like different flavours!
In case anyone is thinking it all tastes the same. My two old cats loved Bozita - both sadly passed away 1-2 years ago. It took a little while for my new cats to get used to Bozita but it is now their mainstay. Strangely they seem to hate the flavours my old cats loved and love the ones the old pair never touched! Great food though.
After one cat stole salmon off my plate I decided to get them their own. They love the salmon, are happy but less enthusiastic about the rabbit, will see how they go with the mackerel! Two meals for two cats from each pack so they don't get bored and it doesn't sit in the fridge for too long. Great natural ingredients, nicely gloopy for them (one doesn't like dry meats), and convenient packaging, all at a good price. Buying more.
Ragdoll loves it!
My 1year old Ragdoll boy was having bloody stool on a Royal Canin wet/dry diet and after reading many articles/reviews online I decided to give Bozita a try. I had read some cats are put off by some of the fishey flavours so I tried chicken and turkey. My boy absolutely loves it, he makes such a noise when I pop the carton. Will eat every drop of it. Tetra-pacs are the easiest for me to use as it completely empties without having to fight bits from the bottom hehe. Contains no grains/cereals and has added taurine, both of which could not be said for Royal Canin! One thing I noticed was the consistency and smell of his stool afterwards, it smelt more meaty but as long as you can put up with emptying his/her tray, I would highly suggest this product to anyone looking for a more natural diet for their baby. P.S Botiza has stopped all bloody stools :D
good quality and my two cats love it. My ginger Tom cat is over weight so after doing some research decided to change from Royal Canin to a mainly wet diet with a few grain free biscuits as a treat. The weight is gradually reducing and he never goes hungry cause he can eat as much Bozita as he likes. His sister loves it too and is maintaining her perfect weight. Haven't found a flavour they don't like yet with jelly or in gravy. Their coats are beautifully soft. Plenty of purrs.
Best wet cat food available for allergies
My snow leopard Bengal, Magic, has to be extremely careful with what we buy her due to food allergies. Bozita has always been the one brand we can rely on to check for actual contents and have even advised us when ingredients change. She loves Bozita, and thankfully it means no reaction to an ingredient she can't have.
Main Cat food in our house
Cats like the Elk, Chicken, Makeral, Lamb, Salmom, Beef and Riendeer varieties. The rest they are not so fussed about. This is the main food we buy for our fussy cats as they accept and enjoy it on a daily basis. I weened them off the cheapy Felix in Jelly by offering them this instead and they readily took to it. Never again back to rubbish quality food! We do give them a variety of other foods too so they don't get too fed up however this will always be in the cupboard as a mainstay for them. 1 tetra pack has more than enough to feed two large cats a day. Their stools are perfect and non smelly. Its grain free and a high meat content. Happy cats happy owner.
Interesting food, smells good for cat food..
This surprised me to say the least... My cats are the fussiest cats in the world, maya my eldest sphynx turns her nose up-to all UK wet foods but this one makes her eyes light up. The jelly is heaven to maya, she loves it, will buy again, thank you, nice quality food. Thanks again for your quality wet foods x
My cats are crazy for it
My cats go crazy for Bozita. I feed this on rotation with various other cat foods but this is by far their favourite at the moment. It really doesn't look as appetising as other brands though.
Recently adopted a 6 month old boy. I did some research before switching him from his cheap wet food diet and decided to try Bozita after reading reviews. Our boy loves it! Not quite so keen on Elk, but the Salmon is a real hit. I've other flavours for him to try too, but so far so good! The packaging is great, a doddle to open with the perforated tear-open top, which folds over to reseal. Easy to rinse and flatten for recycling. And, as an added bonus, no more stinky litter trays and his 'wind problem' has also disappeared! Hoorah!
Completely clean bowls.
My cats started meowing as soon as I opened the carton. Both bowls were licked clean and they started staring at me for more!! Smells nice too.
great food let down by zooplus's choice of courier
Thus really is quality cat food at a great price! I live in a rural area and dont drive so on schedule deliveries are very important to me please take my advice pay the extra for dpd to deliver your order Yodel are useless and the information on their tracking system seems to have been written by the brothers Grimm!! Note zooplus Yodel are losing you loyal customers!
Great for a fussy eater with an overactive thyroid
My cat is a bit of a picky eater and the usual supermarket brands were not working for her after developing an overactive thyroid. These have a much higher meat content and she needs much less to maintain a healthy weight. Be aware the 92% meat content isn't 92% of whatever's on the package. It's mainly beef, pork, chicken and then a smaller amount of whatever the flavour is. Every cat's different but she loves: Elk(!), Rabbit, Lamb, Mackerel, Mussel. Not such a fan of: Haddock, Crayfish, Chicken.
We were looking for a qaulity cat food that containsed more than %50 meat, without spending a fortune. Both our cats were sickly when we got them, one was a runt, and always ill, both now are the healthiest strongest cats you can find, their coats shine and they are full of energy! Try it!
Good quality cat food
It took a bit of perseverance on our part during transition from popular brand cat food to Bozita, but now our 2 year old cat eats it with no problem. Think of the process as encouraging a child to eat vegetables instead of sweets! Bozita is really good quality food that I know is good for my cat, not like the leading brands with poor quality ingredients. Stick with it for your cats sake! :)
More meat by far
Our cat loves the meat varieties of this. The box is packed full of meat, not half jelly like the supermarket brands. And he is no longer sick since switching to Bozita and Carney foods from zooplus.
I have found a food that all 4 cats will eat straight away, the tetra packs are easy to open, only take a minute to rinse and squash ready for the bin, no more opening 3 different types of food to get them all to eat.
yummy but wish zooplus does mixed case
my kitty who is extremely fussy likes bozita in jelly especially the Mackerel...as for the other flavours its a bit hit and miss hence why it would be great if zooplus can do a mixed case as well (like they used to) so that i can feed fusspot a different flavour everyday. The only consistent one she likes is the mackerel. All the food from Bozita smells very yummy. I have found if i put a bit down at a time she will eat it more than if i put lots down in one go. The tetra packs last for about a day and a half for my 4.5kg cat. I do sometimes mix it up a bit with meowing heads dry food but I'm trying to feed mine only on wet food rather than dry.
This is such a good product. All 3 of my cats love it and its high meat content mean that it is good for them too. Recently one of them was seriously ill and this product helped him regain his appetite and more importantly his strength
Best wet food I've tried!
My British Shorthair loves this wet food after I started noticing his hair was falling out more than usual on his old food. Now it's thick and glossy and he always cleans his bowl. It's great value for money and lasts quite a while, even if I fed wet exclusively it would take some time to get through. I'm also very happy with the amount of meat in this, especially when compared to regular cat food such as Whiskas and Felix; Bozita isn't that much more expensive and of a much better quality!
My kitten loves these along with the kitten dry food and the tins of Bozita. My daughter brings her cat over and he prefers this to the Royal Canin she gives him (am I allowed to say that online?)! I looked all over for cat food that actually contained enough real meat and fell upon this. The service and delivery from zooplus is excellent.
Fed up with the low meat content of many commercial cat foods? Tired of throwing away half eaten meals? Well Bozita could be the answer! I wanted to offer my two fussy eaters a better quality wet food for their evening meal, (they have dry in the morning). I read about Bozita and decided to give it a go. So far the salmon in gravy and chicken in jelly have been a great success, clean bowls every time. OK, so it is a bit more expensive on paper but one 370g tetra pack feeds my cats four meals. The cartons have a fold and seal top which keeps it fresh, so no more turning their noses up at food which has been opened and left in the fridge overnight. It isn't strong smelling but again this hasn't put them off. I would recommend trying Bozita and see how it compares to your usual brand. I don't think your cats will have cause to complain!
The cats love it
We used to fed a 100% dry diet - the no-carb Porta21. They now get Bozita in the morning (40g per cat) and late evening (30g per cat) so a single carton lasts 2 days. They also get 15g of dry Porta21 for dinner. What a difference! The litter tray definately does not smell as much and there have been no more dingleberry incidents. The one with the slightly more sensitive stomach hasn't been sick once. Weight for weight it works out cheaper than Sheba pouches which we tried for a week before the Bozita.
One very happy kitty.
I have tried to always provide the highest quality foods for my kitten, Luna. Clearly everyone has limitations in regards to their budget. I have costed feeding Luna (a 10 month old) at £19.50 per month for 2 wet meat meals of Bozita per day & 1 dry "kibble" meal of Applaws dry food. The food I feel is entirely cereal free and have a high meat content which is needed for a carnivore. All for under £20 per month, (that's adhering to the recommended amounts for Lunas size). She adores her food and has been very satisfied on the Bozita! There is so much variety which is another good point!
Very good value
This is my cat Taz's favourite range, because of the copious amounts of jelly and decent sized chunks of real meat. Yes, it's pricier than supermarket cat food, but supermarket cat food only has 4% meat in it with the rest being rubbish fillers. Depending on which flavour you go for, Bozita cat food offers up to 93% real meat! So I prefer to pay a bit more for the peace of mind that my cat is eating healthily and that she is enjoying it. She particularly likes the Mackerel and turkey varieties. Highly recommended.
Great value and great quality
I was on a mission to get better quality food for the cats that wouldn't break the bank like some of them. My newest rescue cat was not doing well with main-stream food and the vet also recommended a grain free diet. This ticks all the boxes! It did take a while to ween them on to it...i think whiskas and felix is like kitty junk food or something...but crushing a few thrive treats(prawn works best!) over the top means they try anything! Mine also prefer it warmed slightly. As a few other reviewers have stated, mine like to lick jelly off first before reluctantly eating the meat when they don't get anything else. I think this may be due to the size of the chunks rather than the taste as this is easily remedied by "squishing" it up a bit after heating to make more of a course pate. Buying this works out cheaper than whiskas, as one tetrapak feeds my 3 cats for 2 meals (as well as a grain free dried food) so everyone is happy! Cat's will now not look at lower quality food, so persistance really pays off.
Quick delivery-in a day; the cats are very happy and it seems to be quite feeding too,I am glad I made this order and will do it again. Many thanks Zooplus.
great food at great prices!
I was looking for an alternative wet food for my cat who suffers from sore gums and bad teeth. Im convinced the normal supermarket foods have too much sugar and that doesn't help. He loves this food and so do the others. 1 box feeds all 4 cats in one sitting so does work out cheeper. Definitely recommend.
Solved my cat's digestive problems
Our older cat has had intermittent digestive problems and diarrhoea her whole life - we have tried many different foods, including those for sensitive stomachs, to no avail. In desperation I tried Bozita - it is more expensive than standard supermarket tinned food but for good reason - it's pure meat (and fish) with no unnecessary grains or sugar. This, in combination with removing all dried food and grain-containing snacks from her diet, has resulted in no diarrhoea and solid, non-smelly poo. She loves all flavours of the food and the fact that it is all good quality meat means she eats less and isn't scavenging for scraps immediately after she's eaten. I'd highly recommend this as well as the Cosma snacks that we've been giving as treats as well.
PUUURRRRRFECT CAT FOOD
Heard about this cat food on a cat forum and tried a fews years ago after my 10 yearold cat developed an overactive thyroid. 3 years later my cat is going strong and still loving the Bozita range of cat foods. Occassionally all 3 of my cats still want the commercial cat food like Felix and Whiskas, but note of late that my 13 year old really cannot tolerate the cereals in their food anymore and can only eat Bozita. I am constantly recommending Bozita to my vet surgery and anyone who will listen as the most of the foods are 95% meat and 1 box easily feeds my 3 cats. I suppliment with the Bozita dry food range and little treats once in while.
Our two ragdoll cats love this. They make some racket when we're dishing it out for them. Haven't found a flavour they don't like yet and we can switch between the flavours no problem. They had a slight runny tum with the gravy version but they jelly goes down perfect.
Both me and Simba are very happy!
Bozita is such good value for what it is. High meat content and excellent packaging. Simba, my 5 months old Bengal, goes nuts for it! During the transition from his old food to bozita he started to eat the bozita and leave the old food, coming to me and meowing for more bozita! He'd eat the old food eventually but prefers bozita by far. I've tried the beef, duck, lamb and reindeer... He loves them all, rabbit and chicken next! 1 tetra pack last 2 days. If you want a good quality cat food for a reasonable price, this is it.
I researched all cat foods when I got my cat and bozita came out on top. My cat loves it and it works out cheaper than supermarket brands as my cat doesnt need so much. Its also one of the few brands with a high protein content which cats need for a health diet.
Excellent Food & Saves on Recycling Space Too!!
Excellent quality, the smell is not overpowering either. Also the food comes out easily out of the pack and leaves no residue in the pack so you don't waste any food at all a quick rinse under the tap and then flat packs ready for recycling exceedingly well thought out design very impressed.
A hit with all three cats
I had a feeling this food would be liked when I came home to find that the shipment had been broken into and the corners of two cartons nibbled off with the kitchen floor covered in meat juice. The feline three love this and bowls are always empty at meal times now. Feel much happier feeding them this than your regular brands and it is even a bit cheaper when you get the offers.
Brilliant All Round
All 3 of my moggies love this. One is a 'jelly licker', but I simply mash hers to a paste with a fork and problem solved, she eats the lot. One carton does all 3 as it's such good quality. Normal supermarket tins I need 1 & 1/2 per meal, so feeding this actually saves money. The square packs also store much easier than round tins. You must try this ;-D
We call this miracle food. Our beautiful Tinkerbell had to be put to sleep in January after a long fight with diabetes so when Alfie her son suddenly showed the signs of having it too more research was needed. Bought Bozita as had good reviews and wow what a difference. He doesn't drink gallons of water anymore, the weight loss has stopped and he even plays again. He is not cured but his quality of life is now fab and at the moment he looks so well hopefully we have extended his life for months and not weeks. Would feed Bozita to all my future cats as has no silly added sugar or unnecessary carbs after all cats are carnivores and don't need added extras|
Great food for diabetic cats?
My cats love this and importantly my diabetic cat has reduced his insulin requirement considerably since switching to it. Can this just be a coincidence? He was already eating low carb wet food in jelly. I sometimes mash the chunks for him as he finds it easier to eat. Favourites so far are Elk, Beef, Rabbit and Mackerel. Still a few more to try though! Very happy owner, very happy cats.
I feel it's important to feed my cats a product that has a high meat content, not one that's full of cereals and fillers. Bozita is high quality and my cats love all the flavour combinations. It's also good value!
Quality cat food.
I have been using Bozita for 2 years now and the cats love it. They never get a stomach upset and look good. The toilet box is not nasty to clean, Bozita leaves very little waste, black little poos, unlike the stinking messes left by neighbours cats in my garden! Bozita really is such good value as the cats do not need a lot of it. I like the smell of it too, not vile like some cat food.
I think this is one of the best commercially produced wet cat foods on the market for people who are on a budget but still want to feed their cats a high quality diet. It has a high meat content and no added sugar. It comes in a wide variety of flavours that would satisfy even the pickiest of cats. My two never want to have the same flavour more than once a week so Bozita is excellent in offering them a new flavour every day!
All 4 Love It!!!
All 4 of my cats love this, but I wish the packs were slightly bigger. It would also be good if the saver packs came in a mixed variety instead of having to have all one flavour.
I have been feeding my 3 Bonzita for several years now and they love it, however, getting concerned over the last 6 months when I have noticed the increase of jelly matter in the Tetrapaks over the food quantity. This is mainly the Mackerel in jelly and also in the Rabbit in gravy (Lots of gravy and jelly)....
After having a lot of trouble with my senior cat's consistent loose bowels, I ditched dry food and made the switch to Bozita. I couldn't be happier. Stools are so perfect I could frame them. He pees way more due to moisture content of food and he doesn't ever drink from the water bowl any more. So far I have ordered chicken, chicken with liver, elk, turkey, duck, rabbit, mackerel and salmon & mussels. I think I have become obsessed with cat food which is dangerous for a vegan. I initially had a little trouble assuming I could wean him on to the chicken and then the other flavours would be fine but a fast switch caused a slight upset so I am now using the chicken as a base to wean on to all other flavours. My cat loves this food so much. As a student price is also a factor so for this to basically cost the same as Whiskas and be far superior quality is just great. Only downside is that now that I don't feed dry, I get a very meowy pusscat coming into my bedroom to wake me up for breakfast. I don't mind though.
Great stuff and affordable too
With 4 kitties to feed was looking to bulk buy and see if i could save some pennies at the same time. I came across Bozita on a pet forum and decided to do some research and i am so glad that I did. i have found many sites who offer the product but Zooplus offer the best prices and deals. Having received my delivery on friday, i came straight home and opened one of the tetra packs to see how the kitties liked it - my 20yr old tucked in straight away, my 11yr old doesn't eat any wet food at all, my 5yr old was wolfing it down and my 4yr old turned her nose up at it. This surprised me cos she would eat me if I lay down in her bowl - but I will persevere with her and i am sure she will come round. I am impressed with the quality of the food and the exceptionally high meat content in comparison to the so called top brands of felix and whiskas. A few people have mentioned that they noticed their kittie had very smelly poo switching to Bozita, with my 2 it has actually died down and when they have been, except for the litter tray scratching, i would not even know they had been. Highly recommended product for both quality and price, won't be using anything else. Oh as a last thought, will only use tetra packs, dont like the idea of tins and never have.
Excellent food, value for money
My cat Charlie will pretty much eat anything put in front of him come dinner time, but he has food allergy problems and supermarket brands were causing him to lose his hair. He was put on to a hypoallergenic diet and his health improved, however it was very costly and limited in flavours so I worried it was boring for him. I decided to try him on a high quality brand and after some investigations and recommendations I decided to try Bozita. Its been great, he has had no recurring hair loss and he loves both the wet and dry foods. Its high meat content means he doesnt have to eat as much, resulting in a tetra pak lasting 4 dinners (normally he would have had a sachet per meal of supermarket brand) and the 5kg bag of dry food lasts 2 months plus, and he always has dry food available. Its great value for money too. And delivery is always very fast.
Only wet food I buy now
After trying lots of different brands of wet food & usually ending up with one or both of my cats turning their noses up at it decided to try Bozita Chunks in Jelly. Great result !!!! Both of my cats love it & there is never any left in their bowls , in fact one of my cats sits & waits for the other to finish just in case there is any left...no chance. They have tried elk, duck & crayfish & love them all.
This food is fantastic value, especially for my older cat as he loves it, but my others just lick off the jelly and leave the meat. It's a shame as the food looks great and very wholesome and one carton will suffice half a dozen meals for my moggy, but maybe it's slightly too rich for the youngsters at the moment? That is the only reason not to give 5 stars, OH also have a peg spare for the carton once its opened :)
My two boys really like this food, it comes in a very convenient tetra pack that can be folded over for storage of left overs and it just smells lovely.
My 2 house cats loved the Elk flavour. 1 pack served them both which is very good value. I would recommend this to anyone who likes to give cats a variety of different flavours which are not available in normal pet stores or supermarkets.
Wow what an improvement
I like a lot of people I got quite savvy about the importance of my cats having a high protein diet. They loved it the first moment they could smell it through the box. I have never seen their coats so shiny and they have loads more energy. I would love it if they could introduce a variety pack though, as after a while (2 months having bought in bulk) I think my cats are a little bored and a different flavour or 2 would make a world of difference.
PURRFECT FOR MY CATS !! - SHAME I CAN NEVER GET THE HADDOCK ORDERED!
My three cats, really love these Bozita tetra packs. particularly, chicken, mackeral, turkey and haddock. The only compliant is that out of the 6 times I ordered haddock I only got it once and the other 5 times kept being sent crayfish - which my cats don't like- Zooplus needs to do better - as I have brought this to their attention several times. But all in all fantastic products, that has high quality protein that fills my cats at excellent value for money - this product is highly recommended
Only the best
I have 4 cats ranging from 18months old to 9yrs. My youngest cat had problems with Wiskas as it gave him a bad tummy, I took him to the vets where we ruled out anything medical. I decided to try and change his food and did some research on Bozita where i discovered that the food I had been giving my cats only contained a measley 4% meat!! I now have 4 very healthy cats, My little one no longer has upset tummy and all their coats are shinier & they are not malting half as much as they were before! 10/10 for this! My cats will NOT be having anything other than Bozita from now on.
Excellent value & my cats love it
First time I've bought this cat food & it won't be the last . Bought Elk flavour in jelly & both of my cats love it. Not a bit left in their bowls. Excellent value for money.
Great food for good value
Our two cats goes absolutely nuts at feeding time since we started with Bozita. They have loved all flavours so far. One of our cats have a sensitive stomach but Bozita has worked well for this and got him back to solid! (Too much info, sorry!) He's a bit sensitive to the seafood flavours though. The tetra packs are very handy as they are easy to open and easily folds back the same way for storage in the fridge. Would definitely recommend!
Really great wet food; my own picky cats love it as a treat (mostly they get dried food) and we use this food for foster cats and kittens. Recently my mum also started using it for her 2 cats, who love it.
MY 5 MOGGIES ABSOLUTLEY LOVE THIS FOOD
They just can't wait to tuck into this delicious food! Before each meal is due they are actually seeking us out to come and feed them, also they look so healthy thier coats so sleek, activity level up also. The food itself looks very appetising, smells good too.YOU Must give this BOZITA A TRY!
licked their bowls clean
tried my cats with mackeral in jelly today ,they couldnt get enough and licked their bowls clean, you can tell its good quality and good value ii never go back to supermarket brands
Please bring in pate too!
I purchased 2 packs of these as a try out for my horns-for-ears mix bengal juvenile deliquent of a cat and her partner in crime sister. I've been trying to move the girls on from 'generic' food since adopting them from the RSPCA, onto good quality food with atlest 65% meat to comprise their main meals. This is just that. It fits the bill perfectly and at the same time does not break the bank. Initially I was concerned that my cats were losing enthusiasm for the tetrapacks as after the inital gorge with gusto (as with all things shiny and new), they weren't really eating very much of it. At 93% meat however, I have noticed that they do fill up quickly on this food and I thus feed them much less of it that I would have expected. My second cat is a very notorious jelly-licker so if I may, I would love to request from zooplus to please bring Bozita in the pate version too!
Best buy ever.
at last a wet food that suits all my cats. with four adult cats and two kittens i was having to feed them separately as the adults tried to eat the kitten food and the kittens ignoring most kitten foods. after reading that this is suitable for cats n kittens of all ages i thought id give it a try.i could not believe it,they all LOVE IT,chicken in jelly is their faverite. i also tried the bozita tins which was loved by all but one .im so pleased i discovered this thankyou zooplus
My cats love it!
I have 2 very picky cats who only eat about 3 brands of food and turn their noses up at everything else. But they love Bozita Chunks in Jelly and the best thing about it is that it comes in so many different flavours so I can give them a new one every day.
Top notch value
All of my 4 cats go mad for this food. The diversity of flavours is fantastic. Also the fact that it comes in a tetrapak style box means it's lighter to carry (vs tins), a space saver (due to the shape) and simple to store after use for recycling pusposes. All round brilliant and different to the usual fare.
Healthy and my cat loves it!
Bozita makes great pet food without chemicals or nasties. I have fed Bozita since my cat was a kitten as he was not a fan of wet food especially Whiskas which I don't like to feed anyway due to its poor meat content and content of nasties. He loves most flavours of the chunks in jelly, especially the liver chicken one. Used to dislike the gravy one but now really likes that as well. Happy and healthy cats makes happy cat owners! So go for it and quite reasonably priced for great pet food.
Delicious (apparently) and healthy
We've tried quite a few flavours from Bozita. The cat likes them all, but seems to prefer Reindeer and Elk. Our cat has a pretty sensitive stomach, and there was a point when she used to vomit most days (when fed normal brand food). With this food she doesn't, and her fur looks great. Make the calculation: particularly when you buy the large multi-packs, or things that are on offer, it works out to be a very good deal.
excellent food my cats love it.good value for money.one of the only foods they really enjoy
My two cats love Bozita and I think it is very good value, packed with meat and it has a nice smell as Swedish animal food has to be fit for humans I read. They have never been sick with this food and Bozita is their main food now. They love the Reindeer pack! The Tetra pack is easy to use and seal and you can recycle it in some areas, not me unfortunately.
High quality food for a reasonable price
We have a very picky cat so had to try nearly every wet food in the market. Bingo! Leo is crazy about this food. He doesn't have diarea and his furr shines. He appears by his bowl in a seconds when smells bozita. The chunks are deacent size and the smell is ok (ussualy I hate wet food smell). Highly recomend!
My cat adores it
Moss really likes this food. She has tried Chicken and Elk, and they have both been a complete hit!
Suits my cat perfectly!
You can clearly see the quality and the meat chunks in it, and it is never left in the bowl! Not only is the meat content high (so she doesn't try to eat my food), but it doesn't have that "cat food" smell! Since I've swapped the food i was giving my cat before to this, her digestion has improved, no more smells when she goes to the loo! I always buy in bulk because of the great value. My cat loves this and so do i! Wouldn't want to giver her any other cat food.
Where has the mixed mega pack gone?
Both of my boys love bozita and I wouldnt use anything else now. Disapointed that the mega mix pack has gone. Bring it back please Zooplus!
Life saving pet food - literally
My cat suffered from feline asthma and had several very serious attacks resulting in him being placed overnight in an oxygen tent at the local animal hospital. The consultant vet's advice was for him to be given a steroid inhaler twice a day forever. Even with the inhaler, he still suffered from occasional asthma attacks. However, since changing to this brand of cat food a few months ago, he no longer has any breathing difficulties and has come off the inhaler completely. I can only assume that the 'whiskers type' diet he was on previously was the cause. It was a relative who advised me to try Bozita and the Vet just shrugged his shoulders when I told him what had cured his 'illness'. I can't believe that the Vets are still pedalling the crap cat food other than to put profit before animal welfare...
Rudolph is aparently tastier than anything else
I bought Bozita after reading that it's a good happy medium between the carb filled dry food and a home made raw diet, so bought a pack of the elk to use when I'd run out of the raw food. Big mistake - elk Bozita is apparently far superior to chicken breast and stewing steak, especially the jelly at the bottom of the pack. It upset one cat's stomach, but he's also on antibiotics and just started on thyroid meds too so I'll wait til he's stable and try him again. That is, of course, if the other two haven't got through it in the meantime1
