It’s empty in here!
I have 2 elderly cats aged 17 and was finding it difficult in resourcing a wet cat food for over 10 year olds apart from the well-known brands which they won’t entertain anymore as the older they get the more fussy they become. They took a while in accepting this brand but now absolutely love it so I will be sticking with this one as their main choice, just a shame they don’t do other flavours.
My cats love this food they are much more content i am very pleased i was able to find this for my 4 cats good cats food if you want your cats to be happy and you as well
My cats love this and it's really good value. Good for my fat cats.
My cat has chronic kidney disease and pretty much refuses to eat anything, especially the special vet diets. I was relieved to find these pouches, since my cat actually likes them, both in gravy and in jelly. Although they are not specialist vet approved diets, they have reduced phosphorus content which is important for cats with kidney problems so it is better he eats this than nothing! Thank you so much.
Normally when you change cats food you have to say introduce it slowly - not with this my kitten loves these pouches eating them up straight away nothing is left for later!
Amazing to see the mixed reviews..From my point of view mine just love it..Like all foods when changing it takes a little time..This is good stuff..Highly recomended.
My three rescues (Tonkinese, Devon Rex) will all eat this - eventually - but much prefer the dry version. Sadly they don't always like what is good for them and it is hard to find quality wet food for older cats which will minimise/help avoid kidney problems. (Of course, they like rubbish, which they throw up very soon after.) Concept for Life tends to stay down, perhaps because they eat it more slowly. I'm going to buy it again and keep persevering....
I thought I would try this for my overweight cat. He thinks they are a treat, have tried other weight loss products, without success. He eats these up straight away, making it easier to keep him in track.
Brought this as a change from their usual royal canine maine coon kibble. Once opened all 6 cats loved it however one developed an allergy and with in 3 days was at the vets having to have antibiotics and steriod injection. After 2 weeks his fur on his face and back is finally growing back so unable to buy this again.
I bought this product due to one of my cats having tummy upsets, this product made kitty & me very happy. His coat has improved too - it is so much smoother & softer now.
My British Shorthair has never looked so good since being on concept for life sensitive
Purchased this for my MC,s and NFC, after trying other brands and not being very happy with the deposits in the litter box, This works they love it and it has stopped any foul smelling number 2s My cats are definitely more satisfied with it and don't eat as much as they did other brands having used this for 6mths I have noticed better coats on the cats, sadly its doesn't help to stop furballs
I started my kittens out on this as soon as they could munch biscuits at around 6 weeks although our main food is wet I leave biscuits out for the cats to graze on my big cats do munch from the kittens bowl but no ill effects unlike some dry food there is no dry powder residue with these biscuits, I also feel they are good value for money
I’ve always feed my Maine Coons with Royal Canin but tried this as it was on offer. Maine Coons, Birmans and the old moggie absolutely loved them. Will need the 10kg bag next time. Pleased to have found an alternative
My very fussy cat loved the concept for life all cats in gravy, I bought a selection and this was the one she wolfed down. Worth trying.
This is the best dry cat food I've found. Not just a treat food, it is well balanced for our indoor cat. She was a very fussy eater, a little rescue cat that almost died, emaciated, and hard to get to eat. The food is tiny so she can eat it without choking, her coat is shiny, eyes bright, she looks really well on this food. It has hair ball function, which helps as she won't eat cat grass etc, smells nice, and great value for money.
I have 18 cats, one of them has a sensitive tummy. I can't make her eat a different food to the rest so everyone is on ghere same food. They sell love it and Mrs sensitive has stopped being sick and no longer has a bloats tummy. One happy cat mummy
I have two cats and they are both very happy with this food. No problem with trying them on it for the first time hardly had chance to put it down before one of them was trying to pore it out my hand
l am feeding 20+ farm cats, one of whom, Derek, has diabetes and needs to be injected with insulin twice each day. Derek requires a special, sugar free diet and he adores Concept for Life , Light in jelly catfood and also CFL Light biscuits,. Feeding so many cats, who all thoroughly enjoy food from the wonderful Concept range, l purchase in bulk sadly the 3kg bag of Concept for Life biscuits are unavailable. My dear girl lris of 20 years love's them. Thankyou for providing this delicious food
All my cats love this, it has sorted loose tummies and picky eaters all in one swoop.
My cat was a very fussy eater and did not eat dry food until I bought Concept for Life kitten. He absolutely loved it but became too fat so is now on the light version. He now eats only this
Bought 'Concept for Life Light' in desperation as my two gorgeous moggies had become overweight but, what a happy coincidence...They love this stuff - now refusing any other products and have lost weight too.
I feed my cat varying brands so that she will hopefully get a good diet overall. I try to avoid anything with sugar or poor quality ingredients. As with most cats, there's occasionally a food she won't touch or is reluctant to eat, including some of the top quality 'natural' brands. But she immediately took to this (the 'Sterilised Cats - in Jelly' variant) and always eats it all.
I do rotate various foods for my cat to stop her getting bored; I bought this recently & she absolutely loves it. Whilst she can be picky with some foods this one and the gravy version are gobbled up. Will definitely repurchase.
I started my 7 week old kitty on Concept for Life and he loved it straight away. I also give him wet food but he prefers the kibble and I end up throwing away the wet stuff. He’s now 20 weeks old and looks so healthy and his coat is shiny. The vet is really pleased with him when she does her check ups for the vaccinations. Thank you Zooplus xxx
My 16 year old cat is very choosy about his food but he seems to like Concept for Life. He changes his mind quickly so I will just wait and see but at the moment he is eating like there is no tomorrow!
It took a while for my rather fussy British Shorthair to come around to this but now he has it goes down a treat and he is no longer being sick - which is why I bought this food in the first place.
I can't usually find anything all 4 of my cats eat but this has gone down really well so I'm a very happy cat mummy in that respect.....however.....what am I feeding them zooplus?!? Ingredients are like RC (vague), not a lot to go by including what meat is the main flavour or indeed how much meat is in there. It also contains derivatives so I am opting with the fact it isn't the best of quality and therefore the asking price is too high (unless we can have better ingredients proving otherwise)
My kitten really loves this food and her fur looks amazing. Stick to the feeding instructions for the best results.
Ralph is 18, handsome and beloved. He has a heart murmur. This wonderful cat food (which I wish I'd discovered when he was10) has transformed his health and well being. My vet is delighted and Ralph is very pleased as well.
This food has gone down really well with my three cats - first the lick off all the jelly and then eat the chunks of meat! They seem to prefer this over Concept for Life in gravy
Our 2 yr old tortoiseshell loved her regular food (Royal Canin Instinctive in Jelly) and would not even sniff at anything else until a friend gave us a few sachets of Concept for Life in Jelly. Astonishingly it went down a treat, has continued to do so, and is now a firm favourite. She is thriving, healthy, and as active as ever. Well worth a try.
My very fussy cats love this food they are normally very picky but eat this with no problems its in a rich gravy which they lap up ad the chunks of meat are son gone , so pleased to have found something if quality That they like highly recommended
My very fussy cats love this eating every last bit ive tried many foods and this is def the favourite just ordered a load more
I do rotate various foods for my cat and she can be picky, but she seems to love this. The bowl is usually licked cleaner than with any other food! She has not previously been a fan of food in gravy but she likes this and the jelly version.
I decided to try concept for life in both gravy and jelly varieties to see if A my cat would even eat it and B if he preferred one style over the other if he did like it. My cat usually has the most expensive sensitive cat foods and has turned up his nose at almost all of them so it's been a frustrating journey and I did not hold up much hope trying anything new but like the 1st reviewer my cat gobbled both varieties up it looked like the bowl had been cleaned well done zooplus.
So my 3 cats had "acana" befote, majorly overpriced that's why I changed. Then "pro - plan" but they all got fat. Then "Applause" - they went off it.I have come to the conclusion (may not work for everybody) but if you try a cheaper cat food (whiskas / go - cat /) that type of thing your cats will eat double the amount then more often than not be sick.If you get a quality food , they eat sparingly...don't get greedy and have a better digestion....I bought "Sterilised Concept" before and the "sensitive concept" just as good and popular with my 3 cats.Send the extra on this food.Your purse and cat will be better off in the long run.
I have the choosiest cat in the world, who if he doesn't agree with my choice of food for him, he tips his dish up!! He sniffed this, looked at me, then crouched and gobbled the whole lot up!! I was in shock.
My cat is very happy with her new food - especially as she needs to lose a little of her extra weight!
My girl really loves All Cats in Gravy - and she's usually so fussy. Great :)
