Terrible
I have 5 cats, and for 3 days they didn’t touch their food at all. I thought they’d eventually eat, but each cat lost so much weight that I had to quickly buy different food from the local shop, because all 5 just stayed in the same spot, barely having any energy from hunger. Then I gave this food to a colleague with 2 cats, and neither of their cats wanted to touch it either... :( Very disappointed, because my cats are usually not fussy at all and will eat absolutely anything!! Until now... 👎

Terrible
My 5 cats would rather starve than eat this stuff. For 3 days, they didn't touch a thing until I rushed out to buy different food from the shop. Even when I tried mixing it in, they still wouldn't eat it... They've never been fussy and usually eat everything. I ended up giving this food to a colleague, but his 2 cats wouldn't go near it either! Then I passed it on to a friend with feral cats, and they wouldn't eat it, not even the hedgehogs would touch it! Is there something wrong with it?

Poor packaging
Previously, this dry food has worked really well in every way. Now I opened the first of the new redesigned bags and the packaging design has really missed the mark. The bag is no longer resealable and the plastic was so flimsy that it tore all the way to the bottom when I cut open the top. Before, the bag could be easily opened and closed for storage, but now it just stays completely open.
