Unfortunatley my cat didnt like to texture to these tins, tried the different flavours but it was a no go

The products have gone downhill for some time now. They’re putting pieces of different meat in them. My cat is less and less willing to eat.

My cats are having the same issue—before, they used to eat it all up and loved it, but now they just sniff it and won’t touch it. What’s going on with these products? They’re more expensive now and the quality is worse...

The product itself is actually good, but ZooPlus’s service is terrible. Unfortunately, you can only rate the product, not the service, even though that would be useful. I waited weeks for my items, as delivery only succeeded after several attempts. I had to reorder at ZooPlus’s request, and at a higher price. Not to mention how many times I had to call customer service and how many emails I had to send them because of all this.
