No actual iodine content known, so not suitable as thyroid feed
I don't understand why this food is supposed to be for hyperthyroidism. The tin says <0.26 mg/kg iodine, but the actual content is unfortunately unclear. For effective iodine restriction, the level should be much lower. For comparison, Hill's y/d contains only about 0.04 mg/kg iodine, which is within the range described in the literature for a strongly iodine-reduced diet for hyperthyroidism. Kattovit should therefore state the actual iodine content instead of just <0.26 mg/kg.
