My senior cat had been struggling with vomiting and digestive issues for quite some time. After switching to Catovit Gastro, the difference was amazing, he stopped vomiting completely and is now comfortable and happy. I highly recommend this food for any cat with gastrointestinal issues. It truly worked wonders for us.

Our 15 year old Persian was recently diagnosed with kidney problems. She looked as though she was uncomfortable, would not tolerate ordinary cat food, was drinking water regularly, howling and would not groom herself. We were beginning to think that having her put to sleep would be the kindest option until we gave her this food. Since then she's been drinking far less water and her behaviour has returned to normal, as far as grooming etc. is concerned. She still has kidney problems, of course, but she's far more comfortable than she was. Would recommend Kattovit highly. Sorry, this sounds like an advert!

My cat has a sensitve stomach and cannot tolerate normal cat foods. He likes this better than kattovit gastro flavour and it works well for him too.

The cat likes the taste

I've tried lots of gastrointestinal food from different brands, and my tomcat (16) tolerates this one by far the best. With this food, he no longer has diarrhoea! My cat (10), who tends to get constipated, also gets on really well with it and her bowel movements have improved for the better.

I bought this brand to try for my cat with gastrointestinal problems and he loved it, and most importantly, he hasn’t vomited again. I alternate it with Nath Gastrointestinal and Criadores Gastrointestinal, and it’s wonderful. I’ve already bought it again and it won’t be the last time. I’m also seeing that there’s a great variety of sizes and textures—this brand is a real discovery thanks to Zooplus.

My cat has intestinal inflammation and the vet prescribed Biome from Hills, both dry and wet food. He improved a lot, because before, at the end of his poos, they were really soft and he was going outside the litter box. Since Hills is so expensive, I tried this wet food, both the cans and the pouches with chunks, and it’s brilliant. I also give him prebiotics that aren’t sold on Zooplus – the tub comes in a purple tin. And he’s gotten better. I’m trying to switch him to Farmina Vet Gastro dry food now, because Biome has a lot of by-products.
