My cat’s favourite treat
My cat developed urinary stones at 9 months old. Those were hard times for both of us…because his condition was really bad, I thought I will lose him… strict diet, no treats… But after a while I decided to try this cream. Now he is 1 year and 6 months old and this is his favourite treat ever and it didn’t cause any problems to us :)

Product is different and worse.
The product seems to have changed. It's more liquid now, rather than a cream or paste. Even worse, my cats don't like it anymore, whereas before they would eagerly lick everything up. Something's not right here. I ordered 4 packs of 24, and then 1-2 days after that, I ordered another 4 packs of 24, thinking the cats would enjoy it again. If there was a production error or a change in the formula, I would have liked to know. Now I can't recommend anyone to buy this product in its current form!!

What happened?
Since this delivery (best before 2/4/2028), the snack has suddenly turned liquid instead of being a cream/paste.
So my cat can’t eat it straight from the tube anymore (it’s a wet mess), but even more importantly: I can’t hide his medication in it anymore either.
(I used to always put the contents of a Zylkene capsule into the paste)
I also checked the other boxes with this best before date and in all of them, the contents of the sachets are liquid, not a paste like before.

What's going on?
Either the recipe has changed or I got a bad batch (or maybe the product was left out in 40-degree heat for too long?).
The first 3 (out of 24) sticks/pouches I opened had a completely runny consistency—nothing creamy, nothing like a lickable paste, more like a soup. That’s not what I expect from Kattovit! My cats love these lickable creams, but they don’t like the soupy stuff.
