Kattovit Urinary Special Cream - cat supplements

The product seems to have changed. It's more liquid now, rather than a cream or paste. Even worse, my cats don't like it anymore, whereas before they would eagerly lick everything up. Something's not right here. I ordered 4 packs of 24, and then 1-2 days after that, I ordered another 4 packs of 24, thinking the cats would enjoy it again. If there was a production error or a change in the formula, I would have liked to know. Now I can't recommend anyone to buy this product in its current form!! Money wasted.

Either the recipe has changed or I got a bad batch (or maybe the product was left out in 40-degree heat for too long?). The first 3 (out of 24) sticks/pouches I opened had a completely runny consistency—nothing creamy, nothing like a lickable paste, more like a soup. That’s not what I expect from Kattovit! My cats love these lickable creams, but they don’t like the soupy stuff.

I have 4 cats, none of them want to eat it.
