My cats absolutely love the sauce in this food. They won’t eat any other kind. Unfortunately, this food comes from different manufacturers. And now, for the third time, we’ve ended up with the dodgy one—my cats won’t touch the food from them, not even after a sniff. Zooplus did refund us twice, but a third time is just too much, so without making another complaint, we’re giving up on this food for good. Dear Zooplus, maybe it’s time to drop this one producer?
