My cat is 6 years old and has intestinal issues, but with this food, nothing bad happens—in fact, quite the opposite. He used to have bald patches in his fur, but now his coat is so much better. I can give it to him with a clear conscience, without worrying about his tummy. Some cats might not like the texture because the food is quite finely ground, but that's not a problem for us. Since I started buying it, even his poo doesn't smell as much. I also tried the lamb flavour, but it's not as good as the turkey.
