It has become a regular part of my cat's diet. The high protein content and the presence of a phosphorus binder make it a great option for cats in the early stages of kidney failure. Although my cat has teeth and has never had any problems chewing anything, so far she hasn't eaten the meat chunks from any renal pouches of any brand – that's why I blend each pouch with 40ml of water and everyone is happy.

Finally, I can order for my kitten who has only one kidney. I recommend it if your vet also suggests it, depending on your cat’s kidney issues. For 3 years, mine has only eaten Virbac, a combined diet, as per medical advice.
