We ordered this for our rescue cat because she seemed to enjoy a similar one at the rescue centre but she hasn't touched it and we've had it for months. Our other cat isn't interested either. It's unfortunate because the product does seem like good quality although it looks a bit garish. The cats and I much prefer the Pueblo Den which we ordered off of Zooplus

I ordered 2 baskets as i have 2 cats & didnt want them fighting over one, after a 2 week wait I came home one night after work to find a box about 3ft high & 1ft width sitting OUTSIDE my property, when i opennd the huge box up only one basket had been sent. This meant that I had to call up customer service (which were rather helpful) the 2nd basket was sent out within days of the call. The baskets themselves are fantastic & my cats love them, especialy as the nights are getting colder, but felt that the distributing company let Zoo plus down big time & this has put me off ordering any further items from this site.
