Cosy Kingdom Snuggle Bed

I've bought lots of beds on Zooplus and this is the only one that's disappointed me... It's not just floppy, I gently pulled the washing instructions label inside and it came off, unpicking half the wall, and the cushion is terrible too, with a shape that doesn't fit at all where it's supposed to go... I'm really disappointed!

Very nice and well made, unfortunately they're not black and beige but navy blue and beige. I think there's a colour-blind person working in the shop. First purchase and already a mistake.
