Our youngest cat of 2 years loves this bed, high up on the wall she chills and watches everything going on. I used sturdy anchor bolts from B&Q to secure the bed to the wall with no problems. I was a bit concerned as to how stable the bed would be but I needn't have worried. The 3 Velcro pads are enough to secure the bed to the base with no slippage.

I have six cats, two ragdolls, two siamese, a birman/siberian and a HUGE tuxedo boy. All my furkids absolutely love these beds (I bought three!) I painted them in the same colour as my walls and they look phenomenal. Everyone comments on them. Money well spent.

The Chinese wall fixings supplied are of dashed poor quality, I burred off 3 of the heads screwing in the bolts so I had to drive off and buy new ones from B&Q, otherwise the shelf is thick and sturdy and the little bed is comfy enough for a largish cat, I have 3 cats , 2 kittens and the biggest, a chocolate point Siamese, he leaped onto the lower one and snuggled in and claimed it as his , he is 8 kilos and it withstood his weight easily, I spaced 3 wall beds 15" apart to avoid squabbles and too much rough housing, which they are wont so to do!

My cats love these cat shelves as they give them an escape from our rather exuberant puppy. You will normally find at least one of our 3 cats asleep on them. Straight forward to put up and strong enough for even our biggest cat to jump up and down from them.

This catshelf is exactly what I've been looking for. It's perfect in size and with a bit of white paint it will look good on my walls. I bought 4 of them, and will recommend all my friends to buy it. Excellent quality too, with the bedding.
