I bought the device a year ago. Since then, I've had to order 3 new pumps because, even with regular cleaning, it keeps stopping and the fountain won't start again. My cats really love it, but at this rate, it's just not worth the price.

It doesn't come with a plug, so it's no good for me because I have no way to plug it in.
