Nice, but there are others that are better
We bought this because it is lower than our Catit one, and we have a kitten that cannot reach that yet. It is nice, but it came with a European plug which meant we had to buy a converter. It is also much louder than the Catit one. We track our power usage and it is definitely not efficient. If things like power and sound doesn't matter, I would say this is a good choice as it looks really nice and the kitten enjoyed playing with it.

Harry loves his fountain!
My kitten loves this! He drinks more water than he ever did. It's easy to install & maintain. I would recommend this to my friends & colleagues.

From dream to nightmare
Bought two on 10/06 since I have 8 cats. Perfect, they loved them. They drank from the top, the bottom, the waterfall—wow! After the first week, one of the motors stopped working, so I ordered a replacement (which I'm still waiting for) plus some filters. Today, 13/10, I thought I'd move it but the plug/connector just fell apart in my hand. If I have to buy a new plug as well, I might as well get a whole new one—it looks like Frankenstein now. Such a shame.

Good product for good cats
My cat digs under the fountain and ends up dragging the whole thing across the room. Result: everything soaking wet, which isn’t exactly great on laminate flooring. My other cat always left it alone and loved drinking from it, but unfortunately the drinking fountain had to go because of one cat’s bad behaviour. Now I’m looking for something made of heavier material with anti-slip.

Pump needs constant replacement
I clean everything properly as instructed—vinegar, water, etc.—and I'm already on my third pump in just 4 months....

The best
I've had several chargers, including ones from Xiaomi, and none of them have lasted even half as long as this one. A friend recommended it to me and it was definitely the right choice.

Adapter broke.
After a few months of use, the prongs on the adapter got pushed in, and from then on the pump stopped working. So now I have a drinking fountain that's not functional, it's just a water bowl at the moment.

Plug broke within 4 months
The plug overheats, causing it to break within just 4 months. The second plug also broke after only a few months. Really poor quality.

Very good up to age 2
This fountain is really good. It's quiet and has a nice design. However, it's hard to clean because, firstly, there are lots of spots that are hard to reach, and secondly, the plastic means the water quickly stains the sides. The pump is also a bit annoying to open.
Despite frequent cleaning and filter changes, it stopped working after 2 years and 1 and a half months. So, no more warranty. I'm a bit disappointed because this is the second fountain I've bought in 4 years.

super
Silent and amazing! My brother and I had to get used to it at first, but now it's going really well. My wife did want me to mention that the filters that go with it are often sold out, which we find a real shame. But apart from that, we're very satisfied 😺😸

Always nothing but problems
We've been using this model for many years. But ever since the pump broke for the first time, it's been nothing but hassle.
First, the power supply for the new pump broke. Then the pump itself broke. Then something else broke again, and this time we didn't even know what it was. The new replacement power supply now makes an unbearably loud buzzing noise.
I think the quality has really gone downhill. We're constantly swapping out parts.

I recommend it!
I was quite hesitant about getting the fountain. There were plenty of positive reviews, but also quite a few negative ones. In the end, I'm happy with it. The fountain is quiet, easy to clean, the cable is long enough for my liking, and the pump has been working without any issues so far. Plus, my tomcat learned to drink from it within two days.

Regret this choice ...
It's a nice-looking model. The cat does drink from it. Unfortunately, the fountain is so light that the cat pushes against it and the water spills out. The floor gets wet, and the pump makes noise because there's not enough water left. You have to refill it every day, which defeats the purpose... You also have to clean it very regularly...

The fountain itself and its shape are fine. But: I think I've had about four of these already, and in all of them, the plug breaks after a while. While using it, you also have to clean the pump more and more often—sometimes it barely lasts 3-4 days. Unfortunately, this one fits me in terms of shape and cable length, so I'll probably buy another one...

I ordered the fountain on 12 July this year and after a short time the motor has already broken. Please send a replacement as soon as possible.

I’ll buy it again
I bought it 7 or 8 years ago and it still works for me, even though the pump has started to fail and, despite one of the impeller blades breaking off while I was cleaning it, it still worked for a few more years. I bought a stainless steel one, which cost me almost twice as much, but my cats don’t like it as much as the Cat Mate. If this one, with the same design, were made of stainless steel, it would be the best fountain ever.

What a shame
Everything works perfectly except for the transformer. The most ridiculous thing is that you can't even get it as a spare part.

Broken pump and power supply
After 7 months of use, the pump broke, so I bought a spare one for 60 PLN. A month later, the power supply broke and you can't buy a replacement. Money down the drain. For this price, you can get a ceramic fountain that's easier to clean and has a better pump.
