From dream to nightmare
Bought two on 10/06 since I have 8 cats. Perfect, they loved them. They drank from the top, the bottom, the waterfall—wow! After the first week, one of the motors stopped working, so I ordered a replacement (which I'm still waiting for) plus some filters. Today, 13/10, I thought I'd move it but the plug/connector just fell apart in my hand. If I have to buy a new plug as well, I might as well get a whole new one—it looks like Frankenstein now. I have bought this drinking fountain several times over more than 12 years, had to replace the pump, but even worse: because it’s made of plastic, it’s not easy to clean properly. It gets covered in a greasy residue, so bacteria build up. Even putting it in the dishwasher doesn’t get it clean.
