We bought this cat fountain three months ago. At first, it worked perfectly. We followed the care instructions strictly: changed the filter twice a month and cleaned it thoroughly two to three times a week, as well as refilling it with fresh water. Unfortunately, since today the fountain doesn’t work at all anymore. It shows no reaction or signs of life – neither when plugged in nor when running on battery. We tried everything again:

I've been using it for a year and a half now and nothing bad has happened. It runs quietly, is easy to clean (there are no nooks and crannies where germs can grow and it's easy to take apart), the motion sensor works perfectly, and the indicators show when you need to recharge and when to refill the water. Highly recommend.

For me, this product is a bit of a disappointment compared to the Catit drinking fountain. It's a shame, because it's definitely not worth the price. One negative for me is that the water pressure is very low, so it doesn't attract my cat's interest. Another issue is that the device is made of plastic inside, which I unfortunately didn't notice in the description. Plus, after a week, the product became quite noisy and started humming. Although supposedly it can be used without a cable, the water takes so long to start up again that I prefer to use it with the cable.

What struck me first was that it doesn’t match what’s shown in the picture. That wouldn’t have bothered me if I’d received the same quality as when I ordered the well. Neither the size nor the quality was what I got. For this amount of money, you wouldn’t expect this.

The first thing I noticed was that it doesn't look like it does in the pictures. Neither the size nor the appearance matches what's shown in the photos or with the previous filter. For this amount of money, I expected something better.

My cat really likes it and drinks more because of it. She quickly learned that if she stands in front of the water fountain, in a few seconds the water starts flowing.

It's a shame the battery doesn't hold a charge, even after 24 hours of charging... So now it's plugged in all the time... which means I ended up paying more.

The fountain is really practical, easy to clean, uses very little electricity and is quiet. The only problem is, when my tomcat sits at the side of the fountain to drink, the water flow eventually stops and doesn’t start again, because the sensor apparently only detects animals sitting directly in front of the fountain. A 360-degree sensor would be better! Otherwise, TOP!

The fountain is almost silent and is perfect for noise-sensitive animals or people (I count myself among them ;) ) It's quick and easy to set up. The parts are also easy to clean. Both the dog and the cats took to it straight away.

The water fountain's battery doesn't last long at all, and the motion sensor is quite slow to detect the cat. There's no way to check the water level from the outside. I requested a return, was sent a non-working QR code, and customer service hasn't replied since.

Works just as excellently as the wired version. Unfortunately, this device is not compatible with the PetLibro app. When running on battery, the water flow switches on quickly and reliably as soon as the cat approaches from the front within a 180-degree radius.

Very quiet, works perfectly. My 8 cats got used to it quickly and I see them drinking much more often. The refill lasts well over time.

I've already used several fountains. None of them were bad, but this one is just a bit better. It's very quiet and really easy to clean. The wireless power supply might seem like an unnecessary gimmick at first, but it's actually super practical when it comes to cleaning. No more cables that need to be unplugged or dangle around during transport. It's much easier to take apart and much simpler to clean. Cleaning and refilling are now much quicker and more convenient.
