Petlibro Dockstream Battery-Operated Drinking Fountain

We bought this cat fountain three months ago. At first, it worked perfectly. We followed the care instructions strictly: changed the filter twice a month and cleaned it thoroughly two to three times a week, as well as refilling it with fresh water. Unfortunately, since today the fountain doesn’t work at all anymore. It shows no reaction or signs of life – neither when plugged in nor when running on battery. We tried everything again:

What struck me first was that it doesn’t match what’s shown in the picture. That wouldn’t have bothered me if I’d received the same quality as when I ordered the well. Neither the size nor the quality was what I got. For this amount of money, you wouldn’t expect this.

The first thing I noticed was that it doesn't look like it does in the pictures. Neither the size nor the appearance matches what's shown in the photos or with the previous filter. For this amount of money, I expected something better.

The water fountain's battery doesn't last long at all, and the motion sensor is quite slow to detect the cat. There's no way to check the water level from the outside. I requested a return, was sent a non-working QR code, and customer service hasn't replied since.

Didn't even last three months. One more might be okay. Also, very disappointing that zooplus didn't respond to my enquiry.
