Very poor

Very poor feeder

I thought that for the price, it would probably be fine. No, it's really bad. You can't even open it to put food in, so I gave up on it. I even tried giving it away for free on FB. No one wants it. I honestly don't understand how zooplus can sell such rubbish! Instead, I bought another one of the kind I already had: Cat Mate. They work perfectly so far. The cat learned how to open it

I ordered the feeder for my one-year-old kitten 3 months ago. Mainly so that if we're not home on the weekend, we don't have to find someone to feed her. At first, it worked well, but once, when she was home alone, the cat managed to open the control panel lid and accidentally turned off the feeder. She didn't get any food for about a day. I fixed this with some sticky tack. Also, the last time we came home, somehow she had twisted the lid and eaten all the food. I think the motor is broken.

Positive: The product is very practical for the low price. There's an audible signal when the new food chamber opens. Programming is really easy. The chambers are dishwasher safe. Very handy to use

Very handy for when you're away for a (long) weekend! Set it to 12 hours on Friday morning, and then every 12 hours one compartment opens. We're usually back by Sunday evening or Monday morning. When we were away for the Pentecost weekend and only got back on Tuesday morning, I set the timer to 15 hours and put in a bit more food. Worked perfectly for our cat!

My cat managed to open it really easily after just the second try. She then ate all 5 meals at once. I can't recommend it for hungry tigers. It's also a bit annoying that the first meal is always open, so in total you only have 5 sealed meals if it actually stayed closed.

Not ideal for short-nosed cats

My cat was diagnosed with a stomach ulcer, so she needs to eat small amounts frequently, and this feeder seemed like the perfect choice. It’s easy to assemble and program, and cleaning it isn’t a hassle either. Unfortunately, it didn’t work out for us because its design isn’t ideal for cats with rounder heads and shorter noses (like British Shorthair, Scottish Fold, Persian, etc.). Simple, solid, works well

Bought 4 months ago, it works really well for Kiko and Luna. Whenever the feeder rotates to serve a meal, it makes a sound similar to a bird singing. Time interval, no timer
