I've had this dispenser for 9 months, everything was fine until... suddenly, the system started running non-stop and just wouldn't stop!! This device hasn't been mistreated, and it's impossible to fix! I wrote to customer service... no reply!! 😳 Either I have to leave everything open by taking off the lid, or I'll be forced to buy another one!!! 😤😠

We have 2 cats so we bought 2. They have different internal clocks, so they never open at the same time, which is annoying. It's hard to clean and the plastic is very flimsy—our cats have used it three times and have already made dents in the plastic. Would not buy again.

Handling is easy, but the lid leaves a gap open and my cat gets small portions several times a day since she's on a diet. However, with this feeder, she manages to open the next compartment without much effort, which unfortunately defeats the purpose, especially as we're going on holiday soon.
