Received a box that had been opened and closed with painter's tape! The brush doesn't work and has clearly been used! I really think it's disappointing when you buy such an expensive brush and expect to receive something new.

Bad, plus I tried it on both my cats. It didn’t groom them and actually cut their fur, so now they look awful and I’m especially sad for my Maine Coon because she now has a horrible ruff at several levels. At least it was just a test on each of them.
