The carrier is terribly made. It feels like a Chinese knock-off of some real product. - The petting window is hard to open, and the plastic doesn’t quite fit. - The cap used to pull up the wire to lock or unlock the door is made from such horribly bad plastic that after about three uses, it slipped off the thread, leaving white marks. - After assembling the carrier and closing the latches, a small crack appeared on the carrier.
