Battery doesn't last even with battery saver mode on

I didn't gain any experience because the cat tore the strap off and only hurt itself.

Certainly a good device, but it doesn't have a safety clasp. I ordered it and sent it back. Sooner or later, the cat will get caught and hang itself. There are better devices that cost less and will release if the cat gets stuck. With the GPS you might find her, but whether she's still alive...

We live in a rural area, very close to the forest. Our tomcat has a heart condition, which is why the vet recommended an active tracker. The first two months, with the premium package, tracking worked great. Now (after 3 months), the battery doesn’t even last a whole day. Most of the time we get the message ‘Tracker is offline’ and we have no idea where our cat is. Support blames it on poor signal reception, but that hasn’t changed compared to the first two months.
