They are stable and cover most of the window. The only issue was that it was hard to clip them on, but that's why they don't budge.

If the mounting clips are installed above the window, it's very difficult to hook the safety grille in place. And even if you manage it, it doesn't fit properly and there's too much play when the window is tilted. The side parts can only be attached to the left or right side of the window, so only on one window sash. For windows with two sashes, it's not possible to attach it between the sashes, and you can't close the window.

I have both the side and top parts; it took a bit of patience and strength, but I managed to attach them to the window. For extra security, I connected the top and side parts with so-called zip ties. It holds firmly, the cats luckily aren't interested, and I feel at ease when the window vent is open.

I installed 4 of these grills in my house on 3 windows. I stuck them on with high-strength double-sided tape and they hold really well. I chose this model because my window is quite tall. Now I can sleep peacefully with the windows tilted open, while my cats patrol the house at night.

2 pieces of flimsy plastic in a box about 150x90, PACKED full of bubble wrap. Feels a bit over the top, just like the price. You have to order the lid separately too. Obviously, I didn’t check properly, but I thought for this price it would be included in the set. 🤷‍♀️

Everything is actually fine, but there are no adhesive strips. Only brackets with screws... so I can’t install it now since I have plastic window frames.

Difficult to clip on (or unclip). Nice design but the grid is a bit too flexible for my liking.

The measurements are fine and it seems to be made of strong plastic, BUT BE VERY CAREFUL: the brackets are designed to be screwed into the windows. If you don’t want to ruin your windows with holes and are thinking of sticking them on with some kind of adhesive, the brackets are made of POLYETHYLENE plastic. Most adhesives DO NOT STICK to it (it looks like they do, but a slight touch and they come off). I’ve already tried several and I don’t know if I’ll manage to install it or if it’ll all end up in the bin, because I’m not going to drill holes in brand new windows.

I've had it for over a year, it's flawless and very useful.

It’s extendable, but too soft. I also bought the side parts and had to fasten them together, because my 4 kg tomcat jumped on it and I saw it sag. In my case, I didn’t need to extend it—if I had made it longer, its strength would have dropped dramatically.
