TIAKI protective grille for windows

Everything is actually fine, but there are no adhesive strips. Only brackets with screws... so I can’t install it now since I have plastic window frames.

Difficult to clip on (or unclip). Nice design but the grid is a bit too flexible for my liking.

The measurements are good and it seems like strong plastic, BUT BE VERY CAREFUL, the brackets are designed to be screwed into the windows. If you don’t want to ruin your windows with holes and are thinking of sticking them on with some kind of adhesive, the brackets are made of POLYETHYLENE plastic. Most adhesives WON’T STICK to it (it might look like they do, but a slight knock and they come off). I’ve already tried a few and I don’t know if I’ll manage to install it or if it’ll all end up in the bin, because I’m not going to drill holes in brand new windows.

It is extendable, but too soft. I also bought the side parts and had to fasten them together, because my 4 kg tomcat jumped on it and I saw that it sags. In my case, I didn’t need to extend it; if I had made it longer, its strength would have dropped dramatically.
