Loss of quality
I've been buying this product for years and it was always great. But then I started wondering why the litter tray, freshly cleaned with new litter, kept smelling bad. At first, I suspected my cat might have missed a bit when peeing. Then I replaced the litter, scrubbed the tray with cleaning products, cleaned the mat, and mopped the floor. Brilliant: no smell. The cat used the tray just once and straight away, that awful pee stench was back. I won't be buying it again.

Good but....
- Dustier than before

I expected more
The sand is fine, it gets carried out quite a lot, but unfortunately there’s not much you can do about that. It absorbs odours really well. Clumps do form, but I expected them to be firmer—they break apart quite easily and stick to the bottom and sides of the litter box (one stainless steel, one plastic). When they break up, the sand is full of smaller clumps that are almost impossible to remove. For the price, I expected something better. I’ll keep looking and trying other options.

Very good at retaining odours.
Well, for me, it's the best litter out of all the ones I've tried, and that's quite a few. My cat's pee clumps really well, there's very little dust and absolutely no smell, none at all. I don't know, it works for me.
People who say this litter doesn't work well for them could mention the brand they think is better, for everyone else's information.

Litter great, packaging very poor
The cat litter was delivered today. When I opened the box, litter was scattered everywhere. One of the two bags had burst open, but the box itself was undamaged. The litter bag is made of paper, which is extremely fragile!
I immediately cleaned the drum of the automatic litter box and tried out the new litter. Works perfectly: no dust, doesn't stick to the drum, and so far it's great at controlling odours.

My cats know sand from their old shelter, and for that, this litter is great! It's very fine, quite economical, and in my opinion, doesn't create any dust at all. It's a bit coarser than sand and hardly sticks to their paws, so the mess is really limited :). The activated carbon filters out odours very well, and after cleaning, the litter smells fresh again straight away. Overall, it smells pleasantly clean without any added fragrances (which is really good :))! Absolutely recommend this fine litter!

Quality has gotten worse!
Unfortunately, the quality of the product has really gone downhill. Even with daily cleaning, the litter starts to stink horribly after just 4-5 days! For years, our cats and we were very happy with it. But now, I honestly can't recommend it anymore. We've already tried a new litter, and it doesn't have that awful smell. So it's definitely the litter, not the cat. Really annoying, especially with a subscription order where you're left with two extra bags!

Professional Classic Cat Litter with Active Carbon
I've tried various types of cat litter, but the Professional Classic Active Carbon is by far the best. I can only recommend it. It's a bit pricey, but the value for money is right. No smell, forms good clumps, and lasts up to 8 weeks. Only a little litter sticks to the paws, so hardly any gets tracked outside. Even my previous cat (domestic shorthair, 12 years old) took to it straight away, and my current cat (longhair mix, 4 years old) had no problems with it either.

Long good, now worse and more expensive

Cloud of Dust
"Almost dust-free" is unfortunately not true at all. This litter is extremely dusty, even much more so than cheaper cat litter. Just cleaning the litter box once creates a real cloud of dust. It's like a fog, that's how much it dusts. Really disappointing.

Catastrophic delivery for the best litter
It's honestly a really great product. BUT you just can't order it together with other items. It feels like with every second order of this litter combined with wet food, the bag is torn and half the litter ends up in the box…
To the manufacturers: How about different packaging or making sure the product is safely separated from the others in the box? 👍🏼

Best bentonite litter
This is by far the best bentonite litter we've ever had. It's super fine, almost like sand, and feels really nice under the paws. Even when I step on it barefoot, it doesn't hurt at all. It's not completely dust-free, but that's the case with all bentonite litters. Urine always clumps into solid lumps. For extra odour control, I always mix in some activated charcoal separately. That way, it lasts a really long time.
