I've been ordering this for years and it was perfect but the new formula is terrible. It's so dusty and overly fragranced. It cemented to the side of the litter box so much that it broke my scooper while cleaning =( I'm hoping the formula goes back to the way it used to be. I'll have to find another brand in the meantime.

But what have you changed?

I've been using this litter for years because it never left any smells and, most importantly, it never stuck to my Maine Coons' paws. The last two purchases have been a disaster! A muddy mess that turns into cement on their fur! I wonder, with the price you charge, what have you changed!

Doesn't clump and smells really strong

Yet another one of the worst cat litters we've ever spent money on. The litter doesn't clump and has no fragrance/doesn't help get rid of the bad smell. Stay far away from this product.
