The quality changed
I’ve been using this litter for about two years, and lately it just hasn’t been the same. The clumps don’t hold together anymore and basically fall apart as soon as I touch them, even with the scoop with the smallest holes. It’s also much dustier than it used to be. Not sure what changed, but the difference is pretty noticeable.

Clumping efficiently (keep the cat toilets cleaner for longer), eliminate odour well and all my 3 cats like/accept it.

I’ve been ordering this cat litter from Zooplus for around 8–10 years. I’ve tried most of the scents but always come back to the baby powder one. As a clumping litter, it’s very easy to clean—only the used parts need to be removed. One bag usually lasts about 2–3 weeks, depending on the cat’s water intake. I’ve tried other clumping litters when I ran out, and only one came close, but it was more expensive even before shipping. Thank you to the Zooplus team for a consistently reliable service.

Changed the packaging = exploded during delivery. Ordered my usual 2 x2 12kg and all bags had the same tear, same location. The new material doesn't travel well. The actual litter has changed consistancy too.

Packing problems
I order for last 3 times, all the time come broked bags. Quality of sand is perfect but not the package.

Doesn't work
Is the second time I bought this, the first time worked well, then the second time the quality was terrible, didn't clumping and smells is very bad, worse then a cheaper cat litter. Also the package was opened, was a big mess in everywhere.

Too strong smell
I used to buy this brand without perfume. I tried this one and my cat absolutely refused to go to the litter box!! She held her pee and been crying the whole morning and peed in the kitchen floor!

I accidentally bought this instead of the crystal cat litter because they were out of stock and I wasn't paying attention.
It's grim . Fine for poop but the urine sticks together and forms this tacky sticky mess that you have to pry from the bottom of the litter tray . It sticks to the scoop . It sticks to the tray like a big gloopy ball. It's just terrible litter.

They've changed it
Was my go to litter and had zero issues with it. The last two bags have been fine and dusty and do nothing to hold the urine scent. So disappointing.

Why did they change it?
I’ve used this litter for years,it was the only one my super fussy elderly cat would use.The last couple of bags I’ve purchased however have been different.The litter is not nearly as fine and extremely dusty😕It also doesn’t clump as well as it used to.I’m hoping it’s not a permanent change as it’s gone from being the best litter I’ve ever used to “meh”

Best litter we have ever used!
We have tried multiple litters over the years from cheap to very expensive and this is the best! Having two male indoor cats in an apartment, a litter which contains smell is a must.

Best cat litter I've found
I have had my cat for 9 years and I have tried every kind of litter, but I can honestly say that this litter is the best I've found. My cat is strictly indoors, so relies on the litter trays and likes a pristine tray, which was a chore. The speedy Clumping means that the bottom of the trays are kept dry, I just lift out the well defined lumps, and, job done, I only do the trays once a day now. Has a sand like texture which does not bother my cat. Does track a bit, but I use mats to catch this.

I'm still not sure
I have 2 cats and it works great with them, no bad smell suuuuper clamping and easy to clean. most of the review are complaining because the tray is very difficult to clean, but I didn't find this problem. however, the "complain" that I have for this litter is that I find sand everywhere even with a mat to catch litter. So I'm not 100% satisfied

Happy kitties
The boys love their new litter and so do I. For now they have to stay in the main living room only, while I am at work (no haters please. It's very spacious with lots of hiding and climbing possibilities) and usually it smelled like a lions den when I came home.... now it smells nice and fresh and due to the excellent clumping of Tigerino it's very easy to only scoop out the poop and pee clumps ;)

Absolute deterioration in quality and smell
I always used to love buying this product, but now it's unrecognisable—there's no baby powder scent anymore, the litter is so coarse, it clumps really badly and is dusty, so it's an absolute downgrade of the product, but the price hasn't gone down—really bad from Zooplus!!!! 😡😡 On top of that, my cats are now having serious problems with their bowel movements because of it! Thanks a lot, Zooplus, you really messed this up 👎😡

We’re more than thrilled
We've been ordering this litter every month for at least a year now, and after 6 years (!!) of desperate searching, I can finally say: we are MORE than satisfied!
The litter clumps extremely well and doesn't create too much dust. My two indoor cats love the baby powder scent!
The litter doesn't smell at all, and with the aluminium litter box, we have absolutely no more problems with odours.

The formula of the litter has changed compared to what I was used to. It doesn’t absorb odours as well, so you really need to clean the toilet ideally three times a day if you don’t want to smell anything.

So much for baby powder scent
I've been buying this litter for many years to mix it with other litter so everything smells fresher. But for the past few months, this litter doesn't smell at all anymore—it's completely odourless.

I've tried so many and this one got compliments from my guests

Even our cats protested the huge drop in product quality
I used this cat litter for over 3 years, but lately they've changed the formula and the litter is terrible!
