I’ve been using it for several months and was really happy with it, but with the last delivery, bad surprise: the quality just isn’t there anymore. The size of the pellets has doubled and, most importantly, there’s absolutely no scent at all!! I pay this price for the scent, which used to be brilliant, and now there’s nothing 😳 I made a complaint and got no response, and in the meantime, my litter trays smell awful… really disappointed!

The worst litter in the world. It turns into a kind of paste, like liquid cement full of mould when it gets wet with urine. Horrible to remove because it sticks to the scoop and everywhere else, including my cat’s paws, so not only does she end up dirtying the whole house, but the poor thing can’t get it off herself. I’ve had to scrub the litter box from top to bottom countless times, and it’s really difficult because of the mess it creates. The thing is, the first time I bought it I was delighted, but this time they must have changed the litter.

It only got 1 star because it clumps well. Otherwise, it’s dusty, doesn’t trap any smells. I’m really disappointed. My 4-year-old neutered cat ended up doing his business somewhere else the next day. And he’s never been picky before.
