What happened to this sand?
I've been using this cat litter for years and recommended it to all cat owners because it clumped well, didn't create dust, and kept odours under control. But now the quality has dropped so much that I had to switch brands and order cat litter from somewhere else. There's only one cat in the household, but the flat smells like cat pee after just three days, even though I clean the clumps morning and evening. It's really disappointing.

Even our cats protested the huge drop in product quality
I used this cat litter for over 3 years, but lately they've changed the formula and the litter is terrible! The clumps break apart as soon as you dig into the litter, and by the time they reach the scoop, they've already turned back into wet sand... and the smell is awful. I gave it more chances, three times, until even our cats took a stand and protested by doing their business in places other than the litter box. I've never seen such a downgrade in a product... terrible.

I'm really sorry that I can no longer order clumping litter from this brand, even though that's what it says in the description. It produces so much dust, it's almost suffocating. This is a huge disappointment for me because I'm a regular customer of this brand, but I won't be ordering again. The old formula was AMAZING
I've been using this litter for 4 years, it used to be incredibly good, but for the past few months they've changed the formula. Now the clumps form weirdly, the smell of urine is really strong, and I just don't get why... honestly, it's stressed me out because it's so hard to find a good litter. If by any chance they go back to the old formula, someone please mention it here in the comments so I can switch back to it immediately. Yeah, it's really a shame :(

The product has changed; previously, the litter was light grey and fine-grained, clumped well and absorbed odours. Now the litter is much coarser, darker grey, the clumps don't hold together, it clumps slowly and inefficiently, and the whole house smells of urine. I used this for years and years, then it wasn’t available anymore so I switched to the pine-scented one. The freshly cut grass version was on sale, so I bought it, but I really wish I hadn’t!
