I was always very satisfied. Good clumping litter that's also fine enough, but not so fine that it ends up all over your house (although I do have a litter mat). But something has changed because it clumps differently now, and I've had several torn bags already. The box was full of cat litter and the bags were already half empty, so the packaging is different too. It's no coincidence that this has happened with several orders and multiple bags per order.

The litter itself was fine for my electric system, but it has absolutely no scent, which is a big disappointment for me. I do like the brand itself, but in this case I feel a bit cheated.
