Noticeably reduced quality
With my last order, I was surprised at first by the new design. These things change from time to time. Unfortunately, what has also changed is the quality of the litter. It still clumps well, but the clumps fall apart extremely quickly when you try to remove them with the scoop. This leaves loads of little crumbs in the litter box that you just can't get rid of properly. So I won't be ordering this litter again. The odour control has also gotten noticeably worse.

Idolised and praised by many as the best cat litter. Disappointed. The bags are hard to open. And do they leak? Yes. The box is full of loose grit. That wasn’t the case before. Now it tracks everywhere. I have three big indoor tomcats. I get two days less out of a bag per week now. And if our elderly cat doesn’t bury his poo properly, it has to come out straight away. The smell is unbearable. I’ve never had that typical litter box smell in the house before. Now it’s everywhere. I’m going to look for another brand, but I’ll end up paying about €6 more per kilo per week.

Unfortunately, very disappointing. I’ve been using this litter for about 6 years and was always satisfied. But since the packaging changed, the quality of the litter has really gone downhill. It hardly clumps anymore. If you touch it lightly with the scoop, it just falls apart into fine dust and mixes with the clean litter. The loo starts to smell unpleasant after just a few days and the remaining clean litter gets “contaminated” quickly. Because of this, you have to change it much more often than before.

Now, though, since my last order, it doesn’t form solid clumps at all. I clean the litter box every day and the clumps are already broken apart.
