The old formula was AMAZING
I've been using this litter for 4 years, it used to be incredibly good, but for the past few months they've changed the formula. Now the clumps form weirdly, the smell of urine is really strong, and I just don't get why... honestly, it's stressed me out because it's so hard to find a good litter. I agree with some of the previous reviewers. The quality has really gone downhill. You can already see it in the colour. Instead of a nice white, it's now greyish-green. Okay, colour isn't necessarily a sign of quality. But even the features I used to appreciate, like strong odour control and firm clumping, are no longer there. I won't put my cats through this anymore. If you browse online, you'll find more and more complaints about declining quality in products from Matina GmbH.

I used this for years and years, then it wasn’t available anymore so I switched to the pine-scented one. The freshly cut grass version was on sale, so I bought it, but I really wish I hadn’t!
