Does exactly what it's supposed to. I have used it with a variety of litters and it has worked for all of them :)

This is the most effective track mat I know. All of the litter is caught in the tray. It's easy to clean and wipe down. Not like mats where everything gets caught in the fabric.

I am using Silica for my cat and I always experienced issues with keeping the floor clean as lots of pieces of Silica would be around after she does her stuff in the litter. Well, this problem is solved now and this wonderful litter rug catches all the pieces of Silica! My house floor is finally clean.

The mat is excellently designed. It's trapped a handful of litter in the first couple of days it's been in use and very little has ended up on the carpet. My cat willingly walks over the mat without trying to avoid it; she even lies down on it from time to time.

The plastic grid, whose slats have a smooth rounded shape on the top making them very gentle on the paw, lifts out easily so the bottom tray can be emptied. I find it's mostly dry, clean litter granules that end up in there, so I just throw them back into the litter box.

Total success; very happy with the purrchase.

As a breeder of Burmese cats I now have five of these mats. I have to say I find them absolutely brilliant it is lovely to walk into my cat room in the morning. And see such a small amount of litter on the floor. As once the floor would just be a sea of litter would definitely recommend. I have them in my cat houses my cat conservatory room and in doors of course.

As a breeder I find the trend that cats bring out of the litter trays. It's the biggest bugbear can give so much clearing up. Particularly when one has kittens. I ordered one of these TRACK MATES and very quickly ordered another two. I am actually finding them quite brilliant. The only thing is including my cat houses. I could really do with another three. All will come in time!! I just don't know why no one thought of this idea years ago.

I am so happy with this! I've tried a few different mats and am using a litter which tracks quite heavily. I used to find litter outside the box and also tracked all over the flat. Now I find several pieces of litter inside the plastic tray each morning and maybe one or two strays near the litter box. It is amazing - I highly recommend it! :-)

I've wasted so much money buying various mats to stop litter tracking everywhere. Saw this a couple of months back on special offer so thought I'd try it. Don't know how it does it so well where other mats fail but there's virtually no litter tracking with this. I have four cats, one being a huge Maine Coon and they all still come tearing out of the box but leave the litter in the mat. Seems a very simple design but works brilliantly.

I bought this last year and can highly recommend. It catches a lot of the litter as it drops through the grid into the tray. There is still some litter on the floor but nowhere near as much as without this mat.

I bought two of this mat last year, they r easy to be clean and helpful with the litters, lots of my friends love it as well.

We have found this very effective at catching litter. It doesn't catch it all, which is probably hoping for too much anyway, but it does catch the vast majority of it. The 2cm depth means that it is capable of holding a lot of litter too, which is great for us as one of our cats like to scoops lots of litter out of the litter tray when digging a hole.

I bought two diffirent types of mats and not knowing exactly what this one would look like. I was intrigued by the "soft touch" description! In reality it's a grid within a try, both made of hard plastic and appears of good quality - however I guess the "soft touch" comes from the the grid bit which is smooth and round and perhaps "easy on the paw". Either way, it's a neat looking tray type mat and I'd say catches a good 99% of the litter! Which is super really. I'm guessing that it would suit almost all types of litter. Definitely recommend.
