Catit Senses 2.0 Fireball

This is a very disappointing Item. The batteries are not included. I purchased batteries for this item and they do not do not slot in easily. I haven’t been able to get her to work. Complete waste of money.

Even after my complaint, I was sent another ball without batteries. The product packaging clearly states that no batteries are included. I'm curious to see if the product description will ever be updated at some point.

No battery included, but the description says batteries are included. No information about the exact type of battery.

Batteries are not included. The required LR44 batteries are hard to find. Inserting the batteries is complicated and you need a very small screwdriver. I wouldn't recommend this product!

In the introduction it says 2 coin cells are included, but when I received it, it says cells not included! And I don't even have any information about the battery, so I have to guess which type of cell to buy. The cat doesn't pay any attention to the ball; without light, it can't attract any interest.

Very, very disappointed, because there are no batteries. So it's too expensive..

Delivered without battery even though it was specified in the description. This is daylight robbery, especially at this price—it's a disgrace, zooplus.

No batteries included, doesn’t work, it’s a scam. Definitely don’t buy it, especially at this price.

The balls for this track last less and less time, you constantly have to buy new ones. Nowhere does it say you need to buy batteries, in fact it even says you can’t change them. Unfortunately, after realising it didn’t work, I saw on the packaging that they’re sold without batteries. That makes it pretty expensive in the end.
