Only the bee sparks interest
Out of the whole toy, only the bee caught any interest from my two tomcats. But that was when it was attached to a different fishing rod....
The balls with catnip have long since lost their scent, and spinning them by hand just scares the cats more than anything.
I wouldn't recommend it.
