I bought this sack for my 4-month-old kittens. The shorter you make the rope, the higher the risk that the cats can get their heads stuck in it, which unfortunately happened to me. My cat climbed all the way to the top and must have put her head between the ropes. Because the sack spins, she got so badly tangled around her neck that I could barely get her out.
