This is a joke, the carousel stopped working after just two weeks. When I reported it for a complaint, I got zero response. They don’t care about their customers, just send some nonsense replies instead of a return label and sorting things out!! The parcels also arrive damaged, and they couldn’t care less about that either. After many years of breeding pedigree cats and recommending Zooplus to my clients, I’m ending my cooperation with this company!! And I definitely won’t be recommending them to anyone anymore!
