TIAKI Interactive Catch Game for Cats

Quite noisy when it spins, since the plastic gear runs along a plastic track. My 4-year-old cat is bothered by the sound, while the kitten loves it. So it's best suited for cats that aren't sensitive to noise.

Our cat was really excited about this toy and, for the first time, played with it for tens of minutes straight, until we decided to turn it off so she wouldn't tire herself out. It could be quieter, but it's nothing you can't put up with. Be prepared to regularly buy replacement parts. She tore the feathers off in about two days, leaving just the strings, which aren't as tempting. Unfortunately, after about six weeks, the toy stopped working. The moving part probably got clogged with fur and the motor can't handle it anymore. We'll try to clean it, but I'm not holding out much hope.
