I had to switch urgently to a gentle diet (Concept for Life Gastrointestinal and Canikur) to get their stomachs back on track. Zooplus' customer service responded incredibly quickly to my complaint and immediately sent a credit note for the full amount. Fantastic service, but I can't recommend the food.
