Good Food for Cats with urinary issues
Our vet recommended this as one of my cats has crystals forming in her bladder and she gets a terrible UTI if very stressed so this keeps it under control for now it’s very good I can order a large bag on zooplus and it’s delivered to the door as I don’t have a car

Has made my Cat hungrier!!
Great quality food and after Bladder Stone Surgery my Cat is very well BUT it has completely increased his appetite, beyond a Joke! His last food, he liked very much but had a reasonable intake from a small bowl he shares with sister. he would go long stretches without eatingl. I would measure the overall amount for the day etc and they are free to graze then. But this Royal Canin one has created a Monster!! Huge INCREASED Appetite. Asks for more? Will have to change!!

Gives my cats gastro-intestinal problems
We switched to this food just to have a little break from Hill’s C/D. Stupidly enough, I bought 9kg bag which doesn’t come with zip to seal or any kind of handle to help carry it. I have two cats and they eat the same food. Since giving them this, I noticed one of them vomits every day and the other one has horrible diarrhoea. I guess it is from acidity of the food itself or intolerrance to some ingredients in it. Now I’m stuck with 9 kg of food that gives my cats problems. Wouldn’t recomend.

Perfect for my old heavy cat with urinary problems too... Does all it is meant to do.. My vet never stocks this. But Zooplys service is excellent.

As a veterinary nurse, I understand the importance of feeding a good quality diet whilst managing potentially serious medical conditions. When Loki was diagnosed with stress induced cystitis from moving house, I immediately had his urine tested and it was revealed he also had struvite crystals. I changed him over on to this food and touch wood he hasn't had any problems since. He loves the food and I'm happy as long as he's healthy. Happy owner, happy cat.

My cat's struvite crystals increased on this, after having the wet variant for weeks. We realised he wasn't drinking enough, having got used to the high water content of the wet food. He liked the taste and ate it all happily, so after 12 weeks of the high dilution S/O variant I am confident that he will do better on this when we try again, and will then be on it for life. Royal Canin have been very helpful and would recommend this food for struvite crystal dissolution.

The best food!
Our Persian cat had some problems with urinary crystals a few years ago and the vet recommended us this food. We haven't had any more problems since we started using it and our cat likes it more than some of the fattier foods he's had before.
Perfect though a bit pricey
My cat loves the taste of this food as if it were a drug! It keeps him happy and we've had no more problems with urinary stones.
We have not been to the vet for a while
Our cat Socks began to have stones in his urine, and we had to make a lot of trips to the vet. He recommended using this food to keep the problem under control. Now Socks has this daily mixed with other food (Happy Cat, which is a bit cheaper but also good quality), and the problem is resolved. And the cat loves it!
Excellent product
My cat had some problems a couple of years ago because he had crystals in his kidneys and all the way through his urinary system. It was quite serious! Since he's been eating this food he's had excellent results, he eats it happily and can wee normally again!

My cat has had several episodes of urinary infection, but since we've been feeding him this we've not had any more problems. Highly recommended!
Recommended product to prevent urinary problems
My Persian cat has had lots of problems with infection and bladder stones, and he had an operation to remove them. After that the vet told us to feed him this food to prevent the formation of struvite and oxalate stones - since then he has had no problems. We are delighted!

One of the cats throws up this food
I have a cat with urinary crystals and this food was recommended to me. I alternate it with another one, and I've noticed that my other cat, who doesn't have those issues, vomits after eating this food for some reason... Maybe there's an ingredient that's hard to digest?

Unbeatable Value for Money
One of my cats has a sensitive urinary system, so I have to feed him only Royal Canin Urinary SO kibble. In shops they're really expensive, but luckily a friend suggested the Zooplus website, where I pay basically half the price and the quality is obviously the same. I've been buying them from the site for at least 2 or 3 years now and I'm really happy, also because the packaging, even once opened, keeps the product perfectly fresh and my cats always eat it willingly.

Tasty and no health issues
