My cat isn't impressed
I bought this product for my tomcat who has struvite problems, after he had been on Hills Urinary S/D for a few months. But in the first three days, he vomited every time and wasn’t keen on eating them. I’ll try for a few more days to see if he gets used to them, although the kibbles are bigger than the ones from Smila Sterilized.

The best food. My tomcat had problems with struvite stones, but following the vet's advice, we switched to urinary food. The problems disappeared, he no longer has recurring bladder infections and he eats the food eagerly. Bladder gravel gone
My tomcat was really suffering from bladder grit and refused all the expensive food from the vet. After trying 3 different brands, I ended up with this food. The bladder grit disappeared. Recently tried another food again and sometimes those liquid snacks. The grit came back straight away. Quickly switched back to this food and now my cat is doing really well again. I recommend it to everyone.

Unfortunately, after years without any issues, my tomcat developed a lot of urinary crystals again just a few weeks after switching to this kibble. The vet measured a pH of 8 in his urine, which is way too high, especially since the food is supposed to make the urine more acidic. Protect your tomcat and don’t buy this kibble.
