Very good kibble
My cat has been eating these kibbles since she was a kitten, and she still loves them.

Very disappointed with Zooplus
I received a 12kg bag after subscribing a few months ago. When I opened it, none of my three cats would eat the kibble. I had to urgently buy a bag from my vet of the same brand, and they ate it as usual. I contacted customer service and asked for some compensation for their faulty product, but they replied that they wouldn’t do anything, saying my cats must be sensitive. Very loose stools
On my vet’s advice, I switched my two cats (Ragdolls) to Virbac Adult Neutered kibble: their stools are still very soft despite a long transition period.
I’m going back to Ultra Premium Direct, which suited them much better.
