Unfortunately, the bottom tore already while assembling it. Really a shame.

I like the idea itself. However, the execution still needs improvement. The lower round base is really difficult to put in, and I didn’t manage to get it completely straight—I had to insert it at a slight angle so it wouldn’t tear at the bottom. At first, I considered sending it back. But since my cats had already claimed it, I decided to keep it. Now I’m curious to see how long it lasts, especially with the middle round platform.

When inserting the bottom shelf, the cardboard at the bottom tore at the hole, which made the cup a bit unstable. It's not possible to fix it easily on your own, you need at least two people. I think the bottom shelf should be a bit smaller so the cardboard doesn't tear. It's a real shame, I was so happy about it and then it broke straight away. Otherwise, it's a cute idea and my cat loves it.

The look is really cool, but it's a bit tricky to assemble because everything is so tightly packed. The black "buffers" you have to stick on hardly stay in place, unfortunately. While putting it together, the cardboard at the bottom tore straight away and I had to glue it, which is a shame when you've just bought it new. Overall, I'd say this product won't last long with a cat, if it already gets damaged so easily during assembly.

I tried to be as careful as possible during assembly, but unfortunately, when I tried to fit in the bottom panel, the cardboard tore at the lowest hole. Because of that, the whole cup is now unstable and the second level doesn't hold anymore. Really disappointing for so much money. But overall, it's a fun idea.

When I tried to put in the base plate, the thing already cracked completely in two places. The plate is a bit too big. The supplied pieces that are supposed to hold the top plate barely stick, and as soon as my cat tries to jump in, it falls straight down to the floor... The only stable part is the lid. The rest is just rubbish. Very cool idea but unfortunately the execution is a flop!

The cup is absolutely gorgeous, but unfortunately it arrived damaged in two places. The cats don’t mind, and we’re still using it, but for the price I expected something better.

Unfortunately, the bottom panel doesn't fit in. We tried to get it in, but then the cardboard at the bottom tore. We've now made a few adjustments so the cardboard fits. It's really a shame... the product is actually great otherwise and the cats love it.

The adhesive pads don’t stick and keep falling off, so the cardboard in the middle is basically useless. The bottom part is also really hard to fit in. So the whole thing doesn’t last long. The cats love it and it looks nice, but for the price, the quality just isn’t good.

Knowing it was made of cardboard, I was actually happy about the coffee cup. But putting it together turned out to be disappointing, and I ended up having to break it myself. Even though I made sure to put the smaller ring at the bottom, there simply wasn’t enough space, and eventually it tore. Well, I’ll just stick something over it – but there’s actually a gap of 3cm left. It never would have fit! Also, the tabs for the second base go right over the decorative writing. Such a pity!
